All the previous reviews are correct. This is a scam and this business figured out I am a senior citizen in government subsidized senior/elderly housing, so they know who to target.

This is a scam. The Direct Mail Processing LLC should NOT be sending these out. I wish I could give them a negative 5 star review.

Why is this legal? These are criminals, con artists. This is a grift and nothing more. This mostly effects the: young, disabled, confused, elderly, honest, ****. We are all bad people for letting this go on. All of us.

FRAUD. Just came in my mailbox...a "Direct Mail Network" selling life insurance, COME ON! And special for my state based in ** which isn't my state? Every red flag on the planet popped up. People, especially Senior Citizens, use an App of a reputable company for anything you need OR go there in person. Get your official forms from reputable businesses, don't trust the ones in your mailbox if they weren't already ordered by you from an official site. Will be looking for an agency to report this to.

scam..the best thing you can do is write across form "remove me from list" or "quit wasting trees" fold up the form and envelope it came in..place in the POSTAGE PAID envelope and send back. that way you at least cost them the postage! But yes..they should be shut down because they are trying to con vulnerable people into thinking this is state or government related. That's just wrong.

This company is trying to impersonate the ************* government. I received correspondence from them that mirrored federal tax forms.

Agreeing with others, 2nd attempt must mail back within 5 days. Coming from GA, I live in ***********

For ********** only? Then the mailing envelope is from Georgia? I don't know how you got an A+ rating?
