Yes, made to look like a gov't mailing, but the return address off Direct Mail Network should be a giant warning flag to anyone receiving it. Also, the whole "hurry up" schema is also suspect. Finally, no phone number to call pushed the mailed over the edge and right into the circular file.

I received a notice from Direct Mail Network, LLC, PO Box ******, ********, ** 30156-9802. The outside envelope said in red letters: SECOND NOTICE, TIME SENSITIVE. Which is their scare tactic. The inside notice said Details about your rights in ********* and to acknowledge by a date, which was only 2 weeks after receiving it. I am not turning 65 for another 7 months. To someone not used to dealing with scammers would have thought this was serios, and then would have been stuck on their mailing list. I think this is the same company as Direct Mail Processing, but changed up the name a little and are using a post office box in a different city in **.Too bad this scare tactic company is not shut down, all of their names and addresses. I wish there was a negative star rating to choose from.

Today was the fourth time I've received these envelopes. "TIME SENSITIVE " stamped in red. Very official looking. But it seemed suspicious and I looked it up. This is a scam. Imo. They're basically phishing for unsuspecting people, the form I received said "you are *********** kore benefits not provided by government funds. You have access to state life insurance which pays 100% of final expenses up to 35k"- it's a scam. They get information and proceed to ******* you with all sorts of visits and calls from every company out there.

Another fear tactic to manipulate seniors into a ******** plan they may not want. Shameless and intimidating mailing practices like this should be illegal. I have worked for an insurance company in the past and seniors would call crying because they were deceived into purchasing a plan they did not want. Fake threats on envelopes and deceptive wording to infer a letter is from ******** can confuse our aging population. Add that to illegal sales tactics and you have fraud. I would rate this company a zero if possible. Shame on the mailing company that printed these envelopes and shame on the insurance company using them. Your business will not prosper through deception.
