  It's been more than a year since we did business with HomeCraft and we are still recovering from the financial distress their lies placed us in. I will never forget the name of the representative and the lies he told us about the interest rates we were signing up for. We were so naive to believe him because of the pressure tactics he used on us. Please do not fall for their sales tactics and do not let them into your home. It's the same as letting a thief and robber come in. We tried to lodge a complaint with BBB but were just sent back and forth between BBB representatives in ******** and Georgia so the complaint amounted to nothing. Remember, "BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business's reliability or performance" and their rating definitely falls short for HomeCraft Gutter Protection. Please be careful

  I had gutters installed not too long ago and was very pleased with the company. The nice lady that came out, I believe her name was ******, explained the entire process and was very courteous and respectful during our discussion. The price and explanation behind the price and demo was very reasonable as well. Everything went smoothly due to the prompt nature of the company to include installation. Pleased with the product!

  I about fell off my roof in 2018 and decided I wanted to find a way to prevent me from having to get on my roof. I did some research and gutter guards kept popping up as a solution. I booked multiple appointments and after setting through Leaf Guard, Leaf Filter, Gutter glove and gutter helmet I wasn't set on a company. I had Homecraft Gutter Protection come out and after the appointment I was convinced. The design and material that its made out of trumped everyone else. I had installed on my home in 2018 and have been more than greatful that I haven't had to think of my gutters since having them installed. I have numerous pine and oak trees around my home and no matter how much debris is laying on my gutter protection, they never stop up and I never see water overflowing. I live in GA and pollen was an issue until this protection was installed. The salesman that came out was very honest and didn't pressure me and the install crew was on time and did a great job. There is no greater feeling to go with a company knowing that I not only got what I paid for but the guarantee with the warranty. I highly recommend homecraft to anyone and everyone that is interested in a solution for their home.

  In August I had Homecraft install gutter guards on my home. Before installing the guards, the installer was to clean out the gutters by hand, putting the leaf debris in a bucket. instead he got up on the roof with a leaf blower, scattering the leaves everywhere including my neighbors yard. After the installation was done, installer was preparing to leave when I told him to get the leaves up off the driveway and the yard. He started to blow the leaves from my driveway into my neighbors yard before I told him not to do that. He finally got most of them up and put them in a bucket. I signed off on the work and started to take the invoice he had but he said no, the company would email me an invoice along with the warranty sheet. I didn't find this to be terribly unusual and said ok. And this is the real problem I have with Homecraft.After not getting an email or a phone call, I called the **************** number, but no one answered and the voice greeting stated it was for warranty issues only. I left a message anyway. Then I went to their web page at homecraftgutterprotection.com and called the number on the screen and left a voice mail. Since no one called back, I contacted the sales person who gave me another number for customer service. I left a voice mail at that number on 3 different days. Since no one called be back from that number, I contacted the sales person again. He said I should send at email to the customer service email address. I sent email on each day for four days, each email left my cell number and land line. No one has contacted me to this day. All I wanted was an invoice and the warranty sheet. If they can't be bothered to send me these two things I have to wonder what they would be like if I needed warranty service.

  I had gutters put on in September of 2022 call them three times to fix the leaks in the gutters, Im paying to much to be calling them out every two months , the reception told me I didnt have gutter guards but I do I have videos of the water damage , They charged me ***** but the representative lied so they cut the price to ***** dollars they did a rush job because they were not supposed to install because I was not home I was supposed to be checking with my Nephew and I told him that.

  ************* the above allegations are incorrect. We have been out to service your home twice in the almost two years since you were installed first time was to install a valley shield that we were not even contracted to do in the first place and the second time was for what you claimed debris built up to which we happily went out and took pictures of your home home showing nothing was wrong, to which we even sent you the pictures of the last time we were  out to which you stated we never showed even with picture documentation proof. the amount you are paying your finance company is the amount you agreed to on your signed contract, you also disputed your greensky account and it was found in our favor for this reason. However if you have any additional concerns we are always more than happy to help.

  Oh, I had home craft install two homes with gutter protection that were next-door to each other. I was told by the sales person that it should take several hours to do each property. When the technician showed up, I did see them inspect the gutters and clean out any debris is necessary. However, I did not see any 50 year try polymer sealer or any type of caulking gun pulled out during the installation and I did not see any additional supports put on the gutters and then I called in for warranty service as I watch the rain run right over the gutters and took a video sent it in took two days for anyone to reach back out to me, said that they would have to review The videos to determine next steps and its been three days since that conversation and have not received an update. Does not sound like anybody is hard-pressed to handle the issue. In fact, I wouldve expected a follow up appointment already scheduled at the time of the initial call. I absolutely feel 100% duped on this. Theres no way to guys with ladders. Couldve done both houses correctly and a total of three hours. There was no aligning done. There was no checking no ceiling no additional brackets nothing **** took out a few leaves and slap the gutter guards on for a total of almost $5000 for both properties. And now With no sense of urgency on my concerns have I received any kind a call back. I would suggest in my opinion dont make the same mistake I did. Find someone else.

  I was looking at quotes on ****, and because of that, Homecraft has called me more than 10 times from different numbers in 3 days. Every time I block one number, then call me from another!!!! I will absolutely NEVER use this company because of this absolutely obnoxious tactic.
