      two years ago a tree fell on the house and tore down one side of my gutters. The company came out and completed the work in one day but forgot to tell me there where holes in places where they placed the gutters. Fast forward two years and I still have been unable to get a call from the warranty department about patching the holes.I have three rooms now with water damage in areas where the gutters are not placed right. Called the company once a day now for the past two weeks after having more water damage. Insurance won't cover it because they say the damage occurred too long ****** not work with this company. Ever.

      We paid Homecraft to install gutters on our house. We recently learned they failed to install them on one side of the house. We had to pay a company to clean out the clogged gutter and they told us no guards had been installed in that section which is why it was clogged. We have been contacting Homecraft about this for months but get no resolution. Every person we call says they will forward it to management - someone named ********** and that they will call me back. I have received no call back from Mr. ***** or management and no resolution. Someone in warranty told me maybe the gutter guards fell off. But that is absurd and we have pictures of the gutters and I asked the roofing company to come back and inspect and there are no drill holes so no evidence thatsgutter guards were installed on that side. It was obviously an oversight by the company they subcontracted to install the gutter guards but they should take responsibility and fix this. We paid for gutter guards for the entire house and it is wrong that they do not reply about this situation. I am requesting that they come out to my house and install the gutter guards we paid for if they are a reputable company. This should be easy for them to fix.

      Their Atlanta area sales rep came to my house and sold me their gutter protection as well as new gutters and leaders based on their claim that "I will never have to clean my gutters again!". The next day 2 non-english speaking workers showed up from ********* and did the installation. Before they left, I told them that the gutters were sloped towards the house and I did not think this was proper. They probably didn't understand me but said "No Problem" and left. Sure enough, after the fall foliage season, my gutter guards were clogged and water was cascading over the gutters in lieu of draining into the gutters. I called the company and a few days later a rep came to my hoiuse as well as the initial installers. I showed them the issue and the rep asked me what I expected them to do. Really? After going back and forth, the rep had the installers reinstall the gutter guards at less of an angle but NOT sloped away from the house. I told the rep that this might help a bit but I didn't think it would solve the problem. After the next Fall season, my gutter guards were again clogged with tree debris which I had to again remove by using a ladder which is exactly what I no longer wanted to do at my age. I have since called them 3 times and sent them emails with photos but I get no response. Their claim which is on their website, stating that "You will never have to clean your gutters again!" is misleading as you must still clean the gutter guards 1-2 times a year.

      This is by far the worst customer service regardless of any industry I have had. They were great at the sales, but when it came time to help with storm repair- (covered by insurance btw)- they won't even call me back. I have now left 12 emails and voicemails and have not had 1 response. I even tried to call the sales line and of course they answered right away. I shared my concern and she indicated I would hear from the warranty **** within 3-5 days- total silence.I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from thinking that their customer service is part of their DNA- they completely ignore me. I have no choice but to now go on line and to the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Our experience was positive, from the assessment of the problem we identified, professional evaluation of all the gutters at our request, and explanation of the repairs needed including what was not required. The installers arrived on time and were thoroughly professional in making repairs and installing needed leaf guards. ******, **

      ********************* was my sales person she was very knowledgeable of her product and knew just what we needed and was professional and understanding about everything , answered all my question and its the next day and we are getting it done Im very happy .

      My experience with them was their crafted sales pitch, that led me to confusion at the end. Although their salesman was knowledgeable in his presentation of their product versus their competitors; While I thought I was connecting with Gutter Guard, and their third party contractors for home gutter estimate it was HomeCraft, who showed up. BUYERS BEWARE. My home estimate according to the small print on their document turned out to be a SHADY LOCKED IN AGREEMENT to pay a 25% of the contract price or the cost of the materials purchased if I cancel after 3 days from date of acceptance or before the start of the job; and it had to be in mailing letter, no email nor fax options was provided. Their zipcode according to their document stated *****, not *****, which is the correct zipcode. Which left me without time to get a couple more estimates. All I wanted and agreed with them was for an ESTIMATE not a CONTRACT. It's dumbfounded to how sly it was. How did an ESTIMATE turned to an AGREEMENT, to pay that was never brought up or emphasise during what I thought was an ESTIMATE.

      I had a representative from HomecraftI come to nspect and get estimate for attic installation,it was raining at the time and he noticed my gutters overflowing with rain and leaking behind gutters so he tried to sell me gutters also and told me who ever installed them did a terrible job. Well founded out that there company installed them and because I want to get gutters repaired before attic repair no one will return my calls. Been leaving messages for over 3 weeks.Dont use this company

      ******************** the above statement is untrue per our call records you spoke with our service manger on Monday who explained that you were our of your one year labor warranty and that there would be a service charge, to which you declined. If you would like to move forward with the service we would love to further assist you.

      I really do like the work they did with my gutters - I was a new customer in an area they had never done business in before. I had several people coming to give me estimates, but I was pressured to try and sign that same day - by being offered an almost 75% discount to sign immediately (not my cup of tea). After the rest of the people came - I did go with HomeCraft. The credit portion of it is the issue now. I am constatnly not able to log in and pay my bill (I work in Tech, I know how to use usernames and passwords). I try to locate my account online with their partner Concora and seem to not have an account despite getting calls from them telling my I am due for payment. I was told no interest would be charged and interest is being charged on every payment. I think they offered me the a great deal of lip service when it came to financing this work - if you can pay it out of pocket I would highly recommend that.
