    I purchased a new revolver on This site and paid by **** Money Order. Owner never shipped the gun/ammo. I filed a local police report and IC3. I waited my 30 days and filed a Buyer Protection claim on the website and it was all scam. Please for your safety, Do not purchase from this website. Have bought about a dozen guns from stiellecznar257 @ gmail. com and have found him to be reliable with good customer service

    Very poor business, no customer service , takes your money right away but going on 3 weeks nothing has shipped , do not buy from these rejects, ******************* , and GunBroker is scam scum, oh yes and rap you for 2 day shipping for 40$,lol

    I was a victim of fraud for ******* on gunbroker. During my Buyer Protection Plan claim I stopped by sending in 3 sellers 2 was same guy that commited fraud on me with 2 new names but same pictures and 2 more that were selling guns with no FFL required, which any law abiding citizen knows its against the law and 100% a fraud but gunbroker allowed them on site and allowed to try and commit fraud again , but they were nice enough to thank me for keeping thier site safe and next day advised me my claim was denied by payment method. So that shows me they truely don't care about customers just money for them. I talked to a company that sells million a year on there and owner said he's been a victim on gunbroker for buyer fraud and as me no assistance so at end had to write it off as a loss. So if you want a gun go to gun shop touch gun pay for gun with ffl leave don't trust GUNBROKER to be on your side.

    Wanted to buy a couple boxes of .38 special critical defense ammo and found some on GunBroker.com. I ordered two boxes and unlike the rest of the vendors I have purchased from, this guy said he would advise the shipping amount the next day. So, the next day came and the shipping amount was outrageous, so I cancelled the order saying that I had found it locally during the time that I ordered it and when I got the ridiculous postage amount.Fast forward to yesterday and I got another message from the guy saying he was ready to ship it. Huh? So I replied that I had cancelled the order weeks ago. Then the guy files a complaint with GunBroker.com saying that I refused to pay for the 2 boxes of ammunition. I am not an attorney, but I know this.An agreement isn't an agreement until both parties agree to the final price, terms and conditions to a sale.GunBroker.com does not care about its customers at all. I have dozens of successful transactions with GunBroker.com and this one wreaks of a scam. Thank God I did not give the guy my credit card.Would I buy from GunBroker.com again? Not on your life. They just do not care enough about their customers. And, there are too many other reputable sites out there.

    I went to list a firearm, the process was stupid and long. The fees associated are outrageous, I wouldn't make any money on any gun that I sell. Anything over $325 would be 10% which is half what I make on any consignment firearm. Throw in their ridiculous nickel and dime fees and I lose any money I make. Makes no sense at all. I do not recommend selling with this service, nor do I recommend buying simply because that will s**** over the seller.

    Gun broker is a scam, plain and simple. I sold a firearm from my dads estate, it was going to be proper and legal, ffl to ffl transfer. However the buyer backed out, but ********* would bnot answer my emails about that, I was still charged over 100 dollars for the transaction...Since gun broker would answer the inquiry about it ( ghosting me) I tried to cancel my account after paying.. YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 3 MONTHS WHILE YOU STILL CONTINUE TO GET BILLED!!!Essentially they hold your credit card hostage, until your window of time has passed to fight them with a dispute with your credit card company over the nonpayment by the customer.********** is a complete scamming site...any lawyers out there want to tackle this? get in touch with me!

    **************** *****. Had my account locked 3 times over buyers not responding or changing payment method on me. Had to fight to get my account back and after the 3 rd time I figure this sight is a joke they need some serious work if they want my business
