I purchased my Remington 700 a while back on Gun Broker, which I did receive but in the wrong ********** was missing the ****** Bipod which it was supposed to come with.Barrels And Arrows which is the store who I bought it from SHOULD NOT be selling any guns at all if it does not wish to include items that were supposed to come with the gun in which the buyer purchased. The color of my gun that I received is in black which is a complete error on their end. It should be FDE.Moreover the gun should have came with a ****** Bipod but it did not. In addition it took a month and a half approximately to even have received my gun but in the wrong color and missing bipod. I have been waiting MONTHS and the seller keeps kicking the can saying ill send your items but never has.I have contacted Gun Broker many many times over the past months but nothing has been resolved. Bad Business on both ends.

They are charging me tax on silver with no way to remove it and they do not respond to my service tickets. WI does not have a tax on silver. There is no way to talk to anyone. They do not respond to the service tickets.

I was selling an expensive firearm on gunbroker.com. I had a person buy the gun. We couldn't workout a payment arrangement and I felt this person could be trying to scam me so I canceled the transaction. Gunbroker.com still marked it as sold even though I had canceled the sale. Two months later gunbroker.com changed me the value fee even though I canceled the transaction. **************** was rude and refused any help. They told me to repost the firearm on gunbroker.com and request a credit. I chose to take the gun to a local gun shop to sell it, because I don't feel people on gunbroker.com are trustworthy. Gunbroker.com clearly isn't trustworthy. They keep giving me the run around about the value fee. I gave up and now want to cancel my account. There's no way to cancel the account their website. I have to have customer service cancel it. They won't get back to me. I'm having a horrible experience with gunbroker.com. I would stay clear of them.

This organization is a scam. They charge you for advertising services that they do not provide. They do not provide phone customer service. Do not use this company. They are unethical and rip you off.

We do see that you had two items posted and one of the items had an optional service. I have reviewed your support tickets and I understand the confusion. If you have any further need for assistance, please reach out to us via a support ticket and we will be happy to assist.

Gunbroker is not reliable at all. I won an auction of a very valuable gun - a good deal. The seller didnt want to honor the sale and sell the gun for this price. Suddenly when communicating over the GB portal, the seller claimed the gun got broken. I submitted a claim to GB. Never got a response. 2 weeks later the same gun was advertised again by the seller. There is no support from GB at all and most of the time you spend hours hoping you get a gun a few bugs cheaper but at the end, it turns out to be fraud. Better buy from a reputable dealer online and not even pay much more for piece of mind !To find best prices in the net, I use ammograb.com for ammo and gundeals or gunengine.com for guns.Hope this helps :-)

Absolute worst company to do business with. Scam system protocols to draft money out of your account when you least expect with, with no notice whatsoever. Terrible customer service, not surprisingly they don't offer phone customer service. DO NOT USE!

Do not trust the "buyer protection" they have. I've been barreling with them for months over a simple transaction. They play the game of asking for another document, message, etc after each time I provide the requested info. They hope you'll get tired of the run around d and give up. Save yourself the headache and buy local.

Remember, 1 star is actually "0" stars as it is the lowest possible score.I REALLY hate to give a negative review in the 2A community, however the 2A community needs to support good businesses, Gunbroker is not one of them. I have several hundred perfect reviews with an A+ score.I used to use them quite a bit, for buying & selling. After ******** bought them they steadily declined in customer service but increased in fees. Latest issue was a dispute with a seller which was doubling shipping charges, the ********** decided to not complete the transaction. Opened a ticket with ********* gave a totally irrelevant answer.Hate to say it, but **** is actually far better for **************** (NOT 2A stuff though).
