This is company is a total scamming company that I will see if one the news companies can investigate. I paid for H**3933323633**323232H in Deep Ellum like I always do. Tried to increase my time kept receiving an error message but it took my payment for the first hour. Came out to my car a boot placed on it by this company for $125.00. Explain to a worker by the name of ***************************** permit #** ** DL ******** 11/17/1982 expires 4/4/24 on the badge I took a picture of. He had the nerve to tell me I should have went back out and rescan the ** code no where it states that! Other Lots down there will email, text to state time is about to expire, expired do you want additional time because your card is already linked to their website. I sent an email to the company and uploaded my receipts to show that I paid and explain the situation I get an email back from this ***************** asking me to upload where I paid which they definitely know that I paid to say that my time had expired this is a bunch of BS and I can't stand for that so I'm going to see if the newscast can investigate this company point blank. If you run my plates you will see I have never not paid to park so I can see giving me a warning sticker first. If I continually had not paid like most people do then I can see giving us a boot!!

Definitely run by crooks. They will boot you even when you pay for parking. I will not be parking in any premier parking lot any longer and will be encouraging all my fellow workers, friends, and customers not to use premier lots any more due to this inconsiderate action. Due to the action of this company premier will be losing revenue far exceeding the boot charge.

Vehicle immobilization is legal in any **. county or municipality that has a law in place allowing the practice. Theft of parking is illegal statewide.

This company will scam you out of money with fake/misleading parking violations!I used a parking lot owned by premier parking and used theirs online system to pay for my parking. There were two divided parking lots with two different company logos displayed. It was unclear which parking lot belonged to which company. We proceeded to use the online portal accessed by a poster displayed facing towards the parking lot we were parked in. When we returned to our car there were boots on out tires and a violation sticker in the drivers window. The sticker stated the car was booted at 1:46 pm. We have phone records that show we didnt even arrive to the parking lot until 2:15 pm. Also the violation sticker is from the same parking company we paid in the online portal. They claim to be a different company and claim we paid the wrong parking company. But the violation sticker and the company parking lot all day premier parking. They force you to pay them to remove the boots from your vehicle to leave. They say they will charge you $90 for boot removal, then they charge you an additional $40 (for a grand total of $130) for parking, even though youve already paid for parking. The same company that owns the lot is scamming people that use the lot by booting their vehicles and claiming they did not pay their company! The people that booted me were premier parking, and I paid premier parking. But they claim that I parked in a park first space, even though their online access is facing the park first parking lot. It is misleading and a scam to entrap people and hold them hostage in the parking lot until they charge you to remove boots from their vehicles.

I believe the attached pictures make it clear we are not trying to scam anyone.   The signs indicate where to pay, include the operator's name and logo, and inform you that the spaces with numbers belong to Park First.  Unfortunately the neighboring operator has posted a  scan to pay sign on their property that faces our lot.   I believe you are directing your frustration towards the wrong company.  We are willing to refund the $90 boot fee however you are responsible for the parking fee.

Here are some things that I found quite concerning about Boot Man Inc. dba Premier Parking Enforcement 1) Despite physically seeing the boot operator place the boot on my vehicle, the boot receipt (strangely) purported that the "time booted" was almost 15 minutes PRIOR. This little "time adding" is, of course, quite convenient for them, as it creates a document where it seems as though the boot was actually on the vehicle for some time, as if I was improperly parked for a long period of time---despite the fact that I was nearly at the vehicle as it was booted.2) At no point did the operator explain, state, or prove that he was a licensed boot operator, working for a licensed boot company. I truly had no way of knowing whether this was a legitimate operation, or just a random person scamming people by booting their cars.3) As to Point 2, interestingly enough, the boot receipt given to me does NOT include the ***** ********** of ******** and Regulations ("****") license number for the company OR the operator. I have been informed by the **** that this is a MASSIVE issue, as may violate Title 16, Chapter 86, Rule ****** of the ***** Administrative Code. 4) Using the **** license database, I was unable to find where/how (if at all) that this company is licensed. There are no licenses in the **** database belonging to any variation of Boot Man, Inc. or Premier Parking Enforcement. When I spoke to a **** representative, they confirmed to me that they also could not find any licenses belonging to this company. Whether or not this company is licensed, I do not know, but the governing license body (the ****) did NOT have a license on file when I spoke to them.TO ANYONE READING THIS CURRENTLY: The **** representative informed me that you do NOT EVER have to pay an UNlicensed boot operator. If you are ever booted by someone unlicensed, ***** police have stated you should call 911 or the non-emergency line, and the police will make sure the operator removes the boot.

This review is filled with misinformation however I will do my best to address each point.

      1. We document enforcement activities with date and time stamped video recordings.  We have no need to alter times as your vehicle becomes legally eligible for immobilization the moment you are in violation of the parking rules. With a boot removal receipt or license plate number would provide exact times to address the consumer's claims.

      2. Enforcement agents arrive to assist customers in a vehicle clearly marked with the company name, address, and phone number. Agents wear a uniform which includes a shirt with the company name and logo.  Agents also have their company ID on display.  In addition, the signage posted on the property includes our company name.

      3.  We no longer have a **** license number as the requirement was repealed.

      4. Unfortunately it appears the consumer spoke to an uninformed employee at the ****.  In 2018, Title 16, Chapter 86 was amended to repeal vehicle immobilization regulations and now only addresses towing.  State level regulation can now be found in ***** Occupation Code **** however we are no longer licensed by the ****.  A list of industries requiring a **** license can be viewed at **************/license.

Boot Man Inc dba Premier Parking Enforcement is a total Scam for unsuspecting Citizens using ****** parking lots. Beware, if you are confused by the lack of trasparency for parking instructions walk further or uber to you destination. The will Boot your vehicle in a flash if you are 1 sec over or parked in the wrong slot. The recently charged me $ ****** for removing a Boot from my car. You have no recourse. Ether you pay or leave you vehicle. They will tell you its cheaper than having your car towed. Well its cheaper to not boot the car in the first place. I paid $ ***** for all day parking ***************** ******. Paid with credit card. So if my time ran out charge more to my Credit Card don't boot the vehicle and 9 others in the parking lot. As the PPE employee makes $800 to $1200 per week. He surely made his paycheck that night. Yes you can see the pay scale on the PPE website. Be very weary of where you park in ******.
