Awful company, wrongly booted my car and the staff from phone to everything was incredibly rude. I get you get customers who call in angry. I did not and yet they were rude and hung up in my face.

I had a terrible experience with getting my car booted in *********** around the convention center. I parked in the ******************** Sunday and Monday. Monday afternoon I came out of my conference to find my car had been booted. The agent then tells me its because I left the lot. I tell him that I did leave Sunday but I paid again for Monday. He does not believe me even though I have a receipt. I then have to get on the phone with his manager. His manager is again claiming that I left the lot and returned. After arguing for about 10 minutes they finally remove the boot when they understand I paid for Sunday and Monday. This company is an absolute scam and will boot your car because they are too incompetent to realize that youve paid for parking for two days.

I paid $50 to park in a parking lot and returned to my car wrongfully booted. My wife and kids were with me and we waited 30 minutes before being helped. It completely ruined our night. No refund or apology was given. Id like a full refund for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism.

Like the others said, this company if you can call it that is a scam. Their signs at ******* parking lot in *********** are confusing. You think you are parking at the Premium Parking Lot and paid acccordingly but then they came and booted your car. *********** needs to do better.

SCAMMERS!! I parked on the ******** square on a side street to run into a restaurant to pick up my food order. Came out less than 5 minutes later and there was a boot on my car. I was on a private lot, but it was 8pm on a Saturday night and the business was well past closed (the sign also said violators would be towed, NOTHING about booting). I would understand if I had parked there for hours, but I literally was there for 5 minutes, so seems like the guy was sitting there waiting for someone to park. I had to wait 25 minutes for him to come back to take it off. The ticket on my window also said it was a $50 fine, but the guy told me the fee was $55 so guess he gave himself a nice little tip. Absolutely disgusting and predatory business.

We planned an outing with the family at the Aquarium. After losing track of time, and being 30 minutes over time, I made a b-line to the car to try and avoid a boot or ticket, and pay for extra time. We ended up getting a boot. We were over on our time, so they had very right to put a boot on. What transpired next was the reason for the complaint. There was an attendant walking around booting cars, which Im sure is his job. Thats about the only thing ****************** does well. He was immediately standoffish and out of this world rude. I mean, like, REALLY going out of his way to be a terrible human being. Theres a reason this company isnt accredited by the BBB. Their people are horrible to patrons. Yes, we were late. Yes, we deserved a boot. But, the process, and the fees to remove the boot, was absolutely criminal. My standards for *********** is incredibly low. I dont expect good service anywhere. But, boy let me tell you, this guy and this company takes the cake. You can boot a car and still be a decent human being ******************. If you hate your job, get another one.

I was unloading 2 paintings, one 18x24, and the other was a 20x36, a 2ft plant, a folding stool, and 3 TJ Maxx bags from my vehicle in a foldable 4-rubber wheel rolling cart. I was entering the front of the building and was met by the security officer who told me that I could not enter through the front of the building, but use the loading dock, which is the entrance in the back. I explained to her that I had only been working there a month, so I do not know where the loading docks are. The woman only pointed to the back of the building, which I then had to find the loading dock. She refused to watch my cart to sign in and park. I parked my car at 12:40p. I found the loading dock and sent a text from the elevator to my co-worker at 12:44p, to meet me in my office because I was in the building. When I went to my car, the sign said that my car was booted at 1:08p. The parking is 1 hour limit. My car was parked less than an hour. It was parked less than 30 minutes. This was not okay that I was not told by the security officer this information, which caused my car to get booted. I asked the person who booted my car what how long was my car there before booting, he could not tell me. He told me to check the sticker on my car, which from parking at 12:40p, and to be booted at 1:08p. I have contacted the company, submitted receipts and proof that I was parked less than an hour in a spot, then disregarded as though I violated by parking past the time allowed. This was ***** that could have been spent on needs, instead of an unexpected expense when it could have been resolved reasonably, just with verification. This almost put me in a situation to have no other way of picking up my children from school or get home. I have researched this company and I have located the only PPE, "Boot Man, Inc." listed, which has the same addresses and websites connecting to the *********** location and the Premier Parking Enforcement website. No returned calls. This was a very traumatic.
