The folks at Southeast Restoration ******************* are the best! **** in customer service quickly contacted the team to come to our house and check on an issue with the air quality in our basement. ***** ********* and Angel ***** showed up. Both checked the basement thoroughly searching for potential signs of mold, took all the proper measures including running an air purifier for a few days. Excellent communication, attention to detail, customer service and very professional. We highly recommend them.Review fromCandy P

Southeast did some mitigation and restoration work for me beginning in July 2022. The mitigation team was great, but the restoration team was not. The work continued through November of that year. By February of 2023, we had the same issue with water damage in the same areas that they supposedly repaired. We had to begin the **************** with a different company. The roofer they recommended, although very nice, led us to believe the roof was in good condition. We had the roof replaced by another company after we incurred damage a second time.I have reached out to them with continuing issues with the refinishing of our hardwood floors (Chitner Floors). Shortly after the floors were refinished, I noticed the finish coming off in high traffic areas. Both the job manager, **** and ****** from the flooring company came out and said we'd had additional water damage. They basically washed their hands of the job.I regret hiring Southeast to do the work in the first place. I have spent almost 2 years dealing with this claim. In the end I am stuck with redoing my floors again.Southeast Restoration

It is very unfortunate that the customer has experienced a second leak in her home from the roofer that she hired outside of Southeast Restoration. We were hired by the customer to repair interior damages resulting from a roof leak as part of an insurance claim. Being that roof leak was not a covered part of the claim, it was her responsibility to hire someone to complete those repairs. If she believes that roof was not properly repaired, she should contact the company that made those repairs. She and her insurance adjuster have confirmed that there was a second leak, almost a year after our work was completed, and that the floor sustained damage as a result of the leak. Southeast stands behind our workmanship warranty, but it does not cover damages from other contractors or things beyond our scope of repairs.Review fromBetty M

After an unfortunate water heater leak my insurance company sent Southeast Restoration to assist with my damage. Everyone I've engaged with has been extremely professional and personable. They have made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. **** and ****** worked so hard removing my damaged/wet flooring, installed the fans and dehumidifiers and stayed in communication with me on what to expect. ****** came out that first day and let me know when he would be back to do my estimate. I have nothing but great things to say. After 2 trees and a massive limb hit our house southeast restoration came right away to tarp of our roof as well as remove the trees/limb. They have always been very professional and have always kept in touch and have been easy to reach when I have had a question. I would use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone!
