    Not a customer friendly company If you pay for it and it gets lost misguided, you are out the money with no help from Trainz. You buy and better hope the economy method of shipping gets to you because if it does not you are out your purchase price and the cost of shipping plus anything else they can tack on and do not plan on getting any help or assistance from Trainz, you are on your own. Sorry company snd they say it is better to buy from them then any where else, think twice on that one.

    Fair pricing and trustworthy item descriptions. Anything that I have ever received has been in working condition and looking as best as the item will allow. A relative sold a large lot of items to Trainz for a fair appraisal price. Trainz came, boxed everything and carted it away. Reps were great to work with.
