    We bought a ranch home for my aging parents in *******, *******. The agents and the construction team were very helpful and made this purchase easy for us. The ranch layout is perfect, there were actually a few more ranch plans that we loved as well. My parents moved in 3 months ago and are very pleased with the quality of construction.

    Bought a home ***** *******, Villa at Rivoli 9/2022. Have lived in property one and a half weeks in brand new house, have needed to call heating emergency line and electrician, as we had no heat, issues with electric and now plumbing emergency line due to clog, (house now smells like sewage). There is always something not working correctly. We do have support from builders who just blame issues on contractors. Nothing is ever their fault. Quality is very poor.

    Our sincere apologies that you are having issues in your new home.  Your home does come with a 1-year builders warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. It is unfortunate that you had issues after hours, but that is why the emergency contacts are provided at the homeowner orientation, in a welcome letter and provided on a sticker inside your home.  The homeowners are also provided with the information on how to access their *** warranty portal in the same welcome letter and during orientation, and can also refer to our website to access the link.  In looking at your warranty portal, there have been no claims logged.  There was documentation about a lot drainage issue at closing that has since been corrected.  Any issues you are having with your home will need to be logged through the *** warranty portal https://*************************/536 and any warrantable items will be scheduled for repair.
