I recently represented a buyer in the ***************** in *******, **, and was genuinely pleased with the experience. For the price point, the initial build quality exceeded expectations. Even more impressive was the clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. The builder handled walk-throughs and final punch lists with professionalism and made sure every concern was addressed. Not all new home communities offer this level of service and follow-through. Id confidently recommend this builder to future clients.Review fromDeborah M

In response to my 7/3/24 review. We called QBW about the gutters, roof shingles and the broken bricks by the front door and was told they weren't covered. Plus we never got any manufacturers warranty on any of those items! My Home Communities, LLC

Dear Homeowner:All MHC homeowners receive the same warranty coverage some items are covered only for faulty installation during the 1st year of builder coverage, on some items the warranty coverage carries past the builder and onto the manufacturer. Certain mechanical components are covered for 2 years and all MHC homeowners receive a 10-year structural warranty through ***. Per the terms of your Agreement, all manufacturer warranties transfer to the homeowner. Should any **** company come and service your equipment and a component goes out that is under manufacturer warranty, they will be able to tell that per the manufacturers label on the equipment.A home is an investment that is used daily and it comes with certain responsibilities from the homeowner to maintain the property from normal wear and tear. Based on our records you closed on your home in Nov. of 2021. All claims submitted through Nov. of 2022 1 year past your closing - were addressed. We attempt to satisfy all homeowners and remain ready, willing, and able to repair any legitimate warranty item. In connection with the purchase of the home, the homeowner received a 10-year Limited Warranty Agreement issued by *************************************. If the homeowner believes that there are items subject to the warranty, which have not been corrected, they can contact Quality Builders ******************** since the warranty provided has a very specific Complaint Resolution Mechanism, which the homeowner agreed to utilize.Respectfully.Review fromDeborah M

I am so disappointed with My Home, I will never recommend them. The homes look beautiful on the outside but they are very poorly made. We've been in our brand new home for 2 1/2 years. Within the last year we've had to purchase new gutters, replaced some shingles from the roof, some of the bricks on the front wall have fallen off and now the ** is not working. There's cracks in the walls, paint is peeling. All of these things are happening after the 1 year warranty, what a rip off.My Home Communities, LLC

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. All MHC of GA, LLC homeowners are given the courtesy of a 1 time touch-up for drywall and paint touch-*** due to settlement which is a common occurrence in new construction homes. Your 1 year touch-*** were addressed prior to the expiration of your 1 year coverage. Every MHC of GA, LLC homeowner is given a 1 year builder's warranty, in which MHC of GA, LLC strives to resolve any warrantable issues that might arise in your home. Certain mechanical issues are covered for two years, and there is a 10year structural warranty through QBW. In addition, all manufacturer warranties are transferred to the homeowner at closing.Review fromBill W

****************** is a real estate agent representing a seller we are under contract with in Warner Robins, ** to purchase a raw land tract for future development. Our contract clearly states that the closing date of this transaction is triggered upon our receipt of a Land Disturbance Permit. We have successfully submitted and completed a rezoning of this property as the first step and are now diligently pursuing the Land Disturbance Permit. These things can take time as we are at the mercy of local jurisdictions to gain these approvals. These jurisdictions have every right to do their due diligence and go through their approval process. It does not benefit our company in any way to cause delays to this process. This agent either lacks pertinent knowledge of the land development process or is embarrassed that he advised his client to sign a contract that could take longer to close than he and the seller anticipated. This realtor has made terroristic threats to some of our employees in an attempt to intimidate our company into cancelling the contract and this review is a further attempt to cause problems due to his failure as an agent. We are continuing to diligently pursue the Land Disturbance Permit on this tract, which will trigger closing at the appropriate date as outlined in our contract with his client.Review fromAndrew P

This company took my deposit and has cancelled my contract for the purchase of my house and wind return my deposit. I made note of errors made during the build as they did put things in that I did not request wrong building material . I was not expecting this kind of treatment. Either open back my contract or give my back my deposit. My Home Communities, LLC

Decisions on whether or not to return ******* money are made by a third-party sales agency that holds the ******* money in their ESCROW account. The third-party sales agency makes this decision strictly based on the terms of the purchase contract between the buyer and My Home Communities. My Home Communities does not make this determination. We recommend the buyer contact their sales agent for more information on why their ******* money deposit was withheld per the terms of their purchase contract.

This builder is a joke and buyers please be aware of the constant lies that these people tell you to cover up for their poorly built, overpriced garbage homes. I closed on my house on July 6, 2023 and nothing but problems since that day. The builder lied after I personally went through the house and put blue tape on the areas of imperfections and took pictures the day of my home inspection. I informed Coty of such issues with two cabinets in the kitchen in which, one was missing paint and the other one had obvious flaws and was painted over. Various spots throughout the house were painting was a hot mess. The house was still uncleaned from construction and I inquired about this and they assured me that the house would be move in ready on closing day.Fast forward to closing day, I couldnt be present for the final walkthrough due to work obligations so my realtor had to stand in for me. I find it funny how they wont allow realtors to accompany the buyer at the initial walkthrough so that the realtor will be aware of what the buyer pointed out and wished to be repaired prior to closing but zero problems with them being at the final walkthrough. Over 80% of the things I listed to be repaired were not done so they used this to their advantage to lie that it was done. They constantly send out people who make excuses on repair work as if the homeowner doesnt have sense enough to know something isnt right. The house was nasty upon moving in a closing day and was not professionally cleaned after construction and as promised. Several areas were not touched up that I still have pictures in my phone where blue tape was put up by me, lied about resolving the issue with my microwave installed wrong, lied about sealing the posts on the back patio and have the audacity to state that its not covered under warranty. Leaks in the shower, leaks downstairs in the bathroom and a new leak that was discovered on yesterday. The list goes on and zero accountability.Review fromcarl E

Do not but from the company. I bought a home from this company May 2022 this is the worse purchase I have ever made. As a first time home buyer it was my dream to purchase a home for my kids by I didnt know what to look so I feel I was prey on. I feel so bad about this purchase. They left about 10 trees that pose a damage to my home. The straws that was left in the back didnt grow so the yard is looking like a hot mess. My kids cant play in the back yard because there is no grass. The drainage is bad the toilet always back up. There are holes under the doors so bugs are always in the house. The gulter was done poorly. The cabinet are poor quality. A lot of things wasnt done right. I am afraid that these trees will fall on the house soon. they are large three that can cause damages. this is bad business. I am not satisfied with this purchase. Pls dont buy from this company.Review fromTYLER C

Bought a property 09/21. Made several claims with 1 year warranty, noticed an issue with flooring that was reported within warranty dealing with upstairs floors, they fixed but 3 months later had an issue with the flooring downstairs. I was informed that I was on my second year of warranty therefore warranty time has expired and they won't fix. I have clients that are professional builders that told me that it's really unfortunate that they appreciate their customers. He stated that he's approved repair even 6 months after one year warranty. So my response is it all depends on your builder. My Home Communities, LLC

Our apologies for your inconvenience. The warranty process is explained to each buyer during the closing process, and as you stated, it does have a one year limitation. My Home Communities was made aware of 37 warranty claims that were logged in the warranty portal between 10/6/21 and 9/6/22, during the 1 year builder warranty coverage, all of which have been addressed, according to our records, and closed. The builder warranty expires after one year of ownership, however the homeowner is offered a 10year structural warranty through QBW. All further claims would need to go through QBW after the 1 year mark.
