They promised to fix the caller ID as it was registered to some DJ out in ******... We were supposed to run a trucking company and half the time we call it showed as a number for someone else... Even if I called my own cell phone from the business number it showed as the ***** Asked multiple times to fix it and this is not 5 months into it and still not fixed even though they've said they fixed the multiple times... Today I try to cancel and told them that they have not held their end of the bargain by providing the service they promised, she said then why didn't you complain... I said I've complained five or six times and they should have the case numbers on file for that I was on the phone for closer 2 to 3 hours each time... And when I try to close the account today they want to charge me for the rest of the year or remaining months of the contract... Honestly he was worth it canceling them and not using them even though I have to pay for the rest of the months it's worth it to get rid of them and even pay and I'm so happy that they're not going to be part of my business anymore.. The lady named **** who was the account manager who was trying to close the account was horrible, absolutely rude had no understanding and just plain careless... She kept on getting upset and blaming me and telling me that I was not being charged different prices every single month while I showed her all the invoices that prove otherwise... When she had nothing else to say then she said then you should have complained and give me the case number that I try to cancel the account before... Absolutely rude and no regard for anything... I'm glad they have finally closed my account and it's worth it to pay them to get rid of these people from your life and business...!!!Vonage Business Cloud

If your outbound Caller ID name shows up correctly on some calls but not on others, this indicates multiple Caller ID records exist for your phone number. This can happen when Vonage sends Caller ID updates to various providers, but providers have not yet updated their Caller ID database. Vonage Business Solutions is a rip off and I was told all I needed to pay was $25 start a fee to get my service started. On that same transaction I was charged $25 plus an additional ***** and then they told me that they cannot see that that payment posted to their account but clearly posted to my credit card statement. Then two days later they call me back and told me that I was past due for another $88.55 which I never got refunded from the first discretion that they overcharge me for the $*****, so Ive been called to cancel the account and was grilled about how my billing is and trying to get me to go over my billing account and website instead of just canceling my account! Then told me that no supervisor was available and that they were all in meetings. Its 5:15 in the afternoon there are no meetings at this time so I told the representative to cancel my account and I am pending a call back for my cancellation for the misrepresentation that I have had to deal with with Vonage! still waiting for a callback so I am making this complaint for you to reach out to this company because they have misrepresented me on many different levels and I want a full refund my $***** plus $25 start a fee, but with no service was provided! I have asked for them to cancel my account, and they keep giving me a run around!Vonage Business Cloud

Vonage I tried canceling with you three times and have never had such a hard time canceling a professional account. You told me you can only give me partial payments back for the discrepancy. And then you charge me almost $300 for an early cancellation fee for 2 1/2 days of service. You still charge me a full monthly fee for a service that I canceled within 2 1/2 days. Per your manager that called me. I will no longer and will not request for anyone to come to your company because it is bad business and if youre going to put a hold on someones account, you need to tell them that upfront as a professional business and this was never done. All I was told was that I have a past due balance and you keep trying to hit my credit card without my authorization but without me being told that this was being done. Im done with you and your service and the customer service was horrible and you had machines in animals in the background it made no sense I shouldve known at that time that this was not a professional business. We had vonage come out for our business phone service. They came gave us phones, but they never were able to get our phone number transferred over from our prior service. After two months of paying and not having service we had to use someone else who could complete the process. We tried to call and cannot get connected to a person. We have emails stating we are cancelling and sent in paperwork to cancel and now we are sent to collections for bills for services we were never provided. This is the worst business out there if you ask me. They got us for two months of paying with no services and now collections for months we had already cancelled. If you could rate it a zero, I would do so. I repeat Do Not ***************** My company couldn't even transfer internal calls... what a joke and all incoming calls were continuously going to voicemail. We called and complained they troubleshoot it same results. Then you can't even get a real person on the phone you have to chat with really bad customer service. I canceled the contract and then they tried to play a game and bill us for a full month after the contract was over saying you have to call in and say that like h*** the contract end date is just that OVER. Until I threatened, I was going to report them the Manager then said he was going reimburse me worst company in the world don't I repeat don't do it don't ever deal with Vonage.Vonage Business Cloud

The 800 number they provide for my company is a joke. I received 50+ calls daily and all of them were looking for previous company. I called and tried to solve the problem and it never solved. So, I wait for a year for my contract to end so I can cancel the service. I called every month tried to cancel my service. Every month the rep said it is cancel but I still being charge for the next months. Then I called again and again went through the same process. ( Seriously, I begin to think I can work there for now because I know exactly what they going to say next. )I do not understand. WHY it is so difficult my service???This is 3rd time. If zero stars were an option I would be happy to provide that. My company signed up for easy service to help streamline for our small company and well after 21 days of service it still didn't work, half my clients were getting a message of "this number can not be completed as dialed" half were getting through they responded "well it works when I call" then they asked for phone numbers of my clients so they could escalate the issue. I spent over 60 hours on the phone and chats and still nothing works.I would spend HOURS on the phone and chats a one time to "fix" one issue that would then create three more. So back on the phone I would go. In one day they had myself and my team uninstall and reinstall the app 11 times, because that was going to fix the issue (it didn't) I was disconnected and reconnected more times than I can count and each time had to explain everything all over again because they do not make notes on your account so you have to reexplain yourself and do the same steps over and over and over again because the first three times you did it with the other person you did it wrong. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I am a small business and wanted an inexpensive yet functional internet phone service. The sales representative quoted me a figure which was less than competitors. However, after I accepted, I got charged with two separate charges that were almost double what I was told I was going to be charged. After waiting on the phone for almost 2 hours, and reporting and opening numerous cases with the company to get my service cancelled and one of the charges refunded, a month later and I have still not received any word from the company. One charge was for your discounted 1st month of service and the second "charge" was a pre-authorization to verify available funds. The pre-authorization or hold, was released after approximately 2-3 business days. We apologize for any confusion regarding this.
