      Orkin came to treat a mice issue I was having. From the first visit I was treated rudely in my own home by the Tech. I asked on three separate visits for Orkin Techs to check my crawlspace and I was dismissed. Finally a Tech confirmed that was the point of entry. So I had been spending money for months for a service that was not ***************** problem. It was only after three visits they told me about an exclusionary service they offered- had I know I would have gotten this day 1 since I was so distressed about the mice in my home. Originally when I booked my treatment, I was told it was a money back guarantee. After the third or fourth visit when I cancelled I asked for my money back since they were so negligent on treating the problem. They said no problem it would come in a check form. That was in late December last year. I since have followed up about 1 or 2 months ago and a message was taken but noone ever returned my call. I am so disappointed at this unprofessional business bordering a scam or false marketing claim. They stole my money, wasted my time and caused severe distress. I would never have chosen Orkin had I know they are a dishonest company that cares so little about customer satisfaction.
