  I've been working with Popmenu since the pandemic started and we had to pivot our dine in restaurant to takeout. I've been happy with their service from the start. I have a beautiful website with online ordering features, integrations, marketing tools, analytics, etc. Its everything I need in one place. I'm pretty hands on with my site and have learned how to navigate the platform which was pretty easy for me. There are lots of tutorials and webinars to attend. Learning the platform is key to being able to fully utilize all its powerful tools.When I opened my second restaurant, at first I chose to save some money and create a basic website. Nearly a year later, I switched to Popmenu. I'm so happy I did! My new site is much more professional looking and easier for customers to navigate. My account reps have been terrific too and have been responsive to all my needs. They've even helped me with my marketing which has been a huge help to me.   Our restaurants have been using Pop Menu since early in 2020. We have been extremely pleased with the results, and the excellent support that we have received whenever needed. The platform has been *****% reliable, and down time for our website has been nearly zero. It is wonderful to see new features being added on a regular basis and also improvements in the ease f use for our management teams. We would highly recommend Pop Menu.

  We have been using PopMenu for over a year now and LOVE it. We are a restaurant outside of ****** ***** and it is so easy to make changes to our menu, and the built in marketing features are super simple to use. I no longer have to integrate my customer list with another third party for my monthly newsletter, and the pre-made marketing packs for holidays are one-step easy to use. Plus, since adding it, our ranking on ****** has risen and so we are super easy to find. Trainings on how to use the tools have been very helpful as well. Overall, we are very happy.

  The issue that I have with Popmenu is that they design an ordering process that hides additionally charges as in the Tip. I placed an order in ****** for Indian for the ordering process with smooth but to take on an additional 20% for a carry out without asking if I want add a tip. i would like BBB to review the ordering process and determine if they this type of software is acceptable.

  Thank you for your review. The online ordering feature of the Popmenu platform does make tipping visible on the checkout page directly below the Order Summary and above the "Submit Order" button. 20% is selected by default but you can choose a different percentage or you can click on "Custom Tip" to tip a different amount than the percentages listed or to leave no tip. All tips go to the restaurant from which you are ordering.
