    Driver threw ******* package to my porch and my Ring doorbell caught a cuss word in another language. He "took" a picture as proof of delivery and on the website it was just a black picture.Good thing I didn't order anything in a glass jar. I would give 0 stars if I could. Went on their website, couldn't find anything there to report this.

    Literally the worst company ever. I online shop frequently and never have issues unless its a Veho package delivery. Nespresso, lululemon and **** all use this service and need to stop. The delivery drivers have stole my packages before and constantly deliver them to incorrect addresses. Clearly they cant understand basic direction and the customer service department is GARBAGE. Today, I had a package delivered to the wrong address about a half a mile away in my neighborhood and told me they would leave notes on my profile. How about hire competent drivers. Absolutely awful.

    Delivery instructions given with picture of where to leave package and confirmation text received. Veho driver disregarded instructions, drove across caution tape onto new driveway, and left marks. Veho contacted. Veho states they are not responsible, want customer to take it up with driver. DO NOT USE this service. Will no longer buy from companies that use it.

    The delivery driver left my package out in the open apartment complex to be stolen. Literally outside the building all ***** nilly. I dont even know if it was outside my building specifically. But if you have a package service or mailroom or whatever, yeah. Its not going to work. I hate this company passionately. Terrible business practices and WAY TOO unsecure!! Do not trust them to deliver your package! Going forward, if I buy anything from any company and find out they shipped my package with Veho, immediate order cancellation and immediate card dispute.

    THEY ARE THE WORSE!! My package got stolen because they failed to adhere to my shipping instructions. There was also a sign on the door not to leave my package out front but rather to ring my doorbell. and it was blantalely ignored. I immediately contacted them and I was told there was nothing they can do and/or issue a refund and that I should contact the company. When I contacted the company, I was told that the package was marked as delivered and theres nothing they also cant do. At a lost of a few hundred dollars due to this HORRIBLE SHIPPING COMPANY!!!!!

    Delivered my groceries for the week to wrong address. When I contacted them they even told me what the wrong address was and said they could do nothing about it. I have text messages to prove it.

    Veho has lost/damaged beyond repair my last two orders from a meal delivery service. Fortunately, the meal delivery service refunded me for the food but I think the delivery service should be held accountable. They are very polite and do not want me to have this experience but theyve lost or damaged my food for the week TWO WEEKS IN A ROW! Businesses should not use this delivery service as they are incompetent to actually deliver your goods.

    Ordered a package to be delivered to my job. The building is closed on Sunday. In stead of doing a 2nd attempt to deliver They want to donate my purchase. They say they do not have a customer service phone number, and are a text based company. I'm delivering this package to my job because there has been increased stealing in my area. They are refusing to be of any assistance

    I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their customer services is garbage. You cannot call anyone and updates are provided via texts. I have had multiple issues with food packages (I use Factor). Their customer service is useless and their answers do not have a single ounce of merit. They will not provide me a single phone number to call and ask real questions. They send mixed signals about when packages will be delivered. One time a driver completely damaged a box of food the day it was supposed to deliver. Another time a driver showed up three hours past the delivery window and delivered my food in the middle of night leaving a huge mess in my apartment hallway. I have had multiple issues. The worst occurring this week. The driver did not deliver my food (cold and perishable) on Wednesday when promised. They did not tell me there was a delay until I reached m. They tried to deliver the food two days late (which was too late I said I would be out of town and they said no problem we will reach out for rescheduling delivery). They did not reach out.
