    Wow!! My 1st time dealing with ********************* has been absolutely horrendous! Ive seen some reviews where they post Vehos **************** are word for word what I received. I called them out & said Ive seen this before next thing you know youll say my package was perishable & you threw it away after I waited another whole day for it. After waiting all day today for it, until 10pm my delivery window, they tell me sorry the driver had an issue & returned my package back to the warehouse. I told ********** if they dont get a new carrier Im canceling. Once was enough with these jokers. I know Ill never see my box.

    They continue to refuse to take accountability for their errors. My meals for the week were supposed to be delivered yesterday (Monday) and I received a notification that its been delayed. Today, nobody can tell me when it will arrive or if its even out for re-delivery. They continue to give me non-answers and for several hours today went completely radio silent. I am absolutely livid as these are my meals for the week and I now have to find the mental bandwidth to figure out what to cook the rest of the week. Shame on you, Veho.

    ****** apparently uses this company for some food box deliveries and Veho did the absolute worst job they could have done. I was supposed to receive the box Sunday (2/23). Package never came. Keep in mind, this is the food I depend on each week, and since I work three jobs and have other responsibilities, cooking is something I have to plan far in advance for. They never notified me of any change so I contacted them to ask where my package was since I didn't get an update. They mentioned something had happened with the driver and it would be there the following day, but never gave a time. Next day, same thing. No package, no notification, no explanation. I have to reach out AGAIN, they said their driver got in a car crash that day and couldn't deliver it... alright. They promise to deliver the next day... *******. Package does not come today. I text once again to figure out what was going on just to find out that they threw my package in the garbage for "my safety" since the food was over two days old. They sure didn't bring that up the yesterday when they promised my package to be delivered ********, they not only were unable to deliver a package 3 days in a row, which I was very patient about, but they then proceeded to throw my package away. This was only not without my consent, but also without ANY notification. Since the beginning, if I did not reach out, I never would have known what happened to my ******* short, this company will:-Not notify you about ANY delay or disturbance to your package on their own -Give VERY poor written communication with automated responses -Not notify you when they literally THROW YOUR PACKAGE IN THE ***** I recognize the third is just an example of the first, but the emphasis is important that you don't treat customers like that. I will probably drop using Factor as well for their choice in vendor, so good job for losing your clients a customer, ****************!

    The world's worst delivery service...less than 60% of the time my perishable food order, when delivered by Veho, arrives to the correct delivery address, on the correct day, and is not spoiled. The only thing worse than their delivery service itself is their customer support!

    Veho lost my Meal with Factor, took zero accountability and gave this fake as apology only for me to run into the EXACT SAME situation the following week. At this point I will have to do a review on FACTOR because they continue to use this vendor which has horrible delivery and customer service. Oh and I still have not received my package.

    Absolutely worst delivery company on the market. No accountability. Their drivers completely disregard instructions and just dump the package wherever they want, right by the road infront of an apartment building with a locker system in a major metropolitan city. Their customer support is an absolute joke. Its just a bot that keeps saying sorry and that theyll try to do better next time. Unacceptable. No company should ever use Veho as a delivery service and expect to keep their costumers. I will never order anything from a company that I know uses Veho again because of how horribly run this company runs.

    This company is straight trash. They hire illegals.DRIVERS with no ID, only an insurance card. I ordered $500 worth of merchandise from *******. It came in four packages.all were stolen by the drivers. Their customer service is a text message where they gaslight you and say theyre escalating it but do nothing.

    I use Veho for food delivery. Has largely worked fine in the past. Got text yesterday with delivery window. A car parked in front of my house during window, put flashers on, delivered nothing, then left. Seconds later, I got a message that my package was delayed. The tracking on the app matched the time the car was at my house. Them tracking says the box made it back to facility in the middle of the night. Veho is virtually impossible to get in touch with and they have done nothing to explain the disappearance of my box. The driver likely stole it and the company has not acknowledged and has done nothing to offer to rectify the fraud. Do not trust them or expect them to do anything to help you.

    If I could leave less than 1star review I would! This company is horrible . We moved into our current home over a month ago and recently happened to catch the driver of Veho attempting to deliver a box addressed to previous owners, we refused box and explained they no longer live at this address. Veho made a second ************ again explained and refused delivery. Then today they left same package on our front porch! After several text messages with Veho they ultimately said WE should contact the sender ( sender not listed anywhere on label or box btw) and said they didnt have any drivers in our area so would NOT be able to pick up box. Do not use this company for any delivery they are horrible and do not care at all about quality service or accurate delivery of goods!

    I am a customer of *********; which provides weekly meals that are delivered Monday-Wednesday; the customer chooses the day. These orders are perishable and are packaged to remain cool for 48 hours. This is listed on FACTOR's ********** *******, FACTOR unfortunately uses VEHO. I have had mixed experiences with VEHO. Initially things started out great, yet slowly the issues have started creeping in. Everything that other reviewers are saying on BBB and Trustpilot is TRUE about VEHO. Inconsistent delivery windows, missing delivery windows entirely. Weird photographs of everything besides the package; yet the driver will lie and say they did take a photo. I have had to ask *** to take photos to cover their a** from damage liability from VEHO.I have my packages delivered to a *** Store, everyweek. A public business with no gate codes, public hours of operation, etc. VEHO gave me EVERY excuse imaginable as to why they could not deliver on Monday, as usual. I am convinced that VEHO intentionally damaged my package this week. I will be reaching out to a lawyer, as there is no reason why VEHO cannot deliver to a carrier store like ***. **************. RIDICULOUS.
