      I received a notification card that either someone have filled a negatives report or have had 8 inquires. Called the number and submitted all of my information. They said it wasn't valid and I'd have to mail in a copy of a current bill, a copy of my Drivers License, and I think a copy of my SS card. I trust none of those to go through the mail. No human to contact to help. Over all a very frustrating experience especially in this day and age.
