      These guys are a disgrace. They partner with ****** Smart Home address (Address: ***************************************************) and scam customers. ****** smart home signs clients to services they do not provide and trick customers to "financing for products/******************** through this firm". When the products and services never arrive, this firm says it's not their problem and says we still need to pay. I don't understand how this is not fraud. They keep dinging my credit and telling me to pay them for a product that never arrived. It's a very stressful process and I would not recommend anyone to work with these people.

      This is a terrible credit card company and need to be put out,of business they are Gouging people for there money.ive paid every month on time,an I have not charged any thing on this card for mo .I've disputed this and I keep getting the run around with this acct.and it keeps going up on the payments .I'm not payingxany more until this is fixed

      My credit card account was just closed without my knowledge. I have paid on time constantly for years and after missing ********* pmts I just paid almost the entire balance off. My available credit has not been reflecting the payment so I just went to the representative online to see when my payment will be reflected on my available balance. I was just told that my account was closed in December for late pmt history as well a overlimit?!? It was put over limit due to their fees for ******************** I received no notice that they were going to close my account, etc.? How is this practice legal??? They could see my on time payments and they do nothing for me to reopen the account and now shows a closed account on my **********************? Talk about a predatory company. Unbelievable. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL and is not worth the time.

      I went thru Aspen dental for dental work and they set me up with Fortiva retail credit. I would send my payment in plenty of time for them to receive it. They said I didn't send it on time and charged me a fee. This happened again and I complained so they took that fee off. I made my last payment on my bill in plenty of time for them to receive and they said it wasn't made on time and I received today a late fee bill for $43.00. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It was such a coincidence when I made my last payment that they want more money

      Fortiva credit card is in breach of their own contract borderline fraudulent. Sure I fell behind on my payments back for 2 weeks. I told them before I was going to be late that I would be but I would be making a payment. I even spoke to a supervisor. Their customer service is most unprofessional people I've ever met. I've talked to several of them all of them act like it's their own business and I owe them money and want to know about my tax information. One guy asked me if I filed my taxes and I stopped him about how much I was going to get as a refund. I told him that was none of his business. He was overstepping boundaries when he asked me that. I talked to a supervisor that day right after he apologized. I explained my situation alone was going to be late because of unauthorized charges. He told me he would take care of it by the next week it was closed. I've asked for them to send my credit card agreement I've had to ask five people and I still haven't got it. By consumer protection laws I am well within my rights of requesting this document. However, at first I was told to look on my account and there is a generic card holder agreement. I requested for the one that I signed not a generic copy of one. This is a major issue for me. They are in breach of their own contract and going against the **************************. I plan to report them as well there. It has been well over a week since I request that and yesterday they sent me an email saying I cannot make a payment with a credit card I never asked to. I asked for the card holder agreement. I have payment protection but apparently that don't mean nothing cuz they close my account even though I let them know what was going on and promise to allow me to make that payment. I've talked to them several times and they will hang up on you. Worst of all is using their text as communication. Employees just don't answer you back.

      MY account was past due a couple of times and they closed my account a few months ago but they are still charging me a late payment fee, which is totally wrong. I have made a $20 payment on the account and have set up $25 dollar payment starting in January for every month until bill is paid in full. My problem is they keep charging a late fee for the past due amount of $67 which has turned into $267. I have tried to talk with the **** that answer but They don't communicate English very well. After I put the last four of my Social Security number in then they ask for it again which makes me very uncomfortable after putting the info into their automatic phone system. I will pay the bill off,I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP ADDING LATE FEES ON which is causing the amount to go up higher. The Credit extended to me was $400 and I paid this card off once but had to use it again. IF THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU

      I wanted to use this card to make purchases from ******. ****** kept giving me an error that the card could not be charged. I called Imagine Credit and the representative said there was a temporary hold on the card for some reason and that he had released it. I tried again the next day and still received the same message. I called Imagine Credit again. This time the representative said that this card cannot be used in any form that saves card information for a further purchase. This is not stated anywhere in the materials I received from the company and is not listed anywhere on their website. Also, if this is true the first representative should have known this and told me the first time I called. So either the second representative is a liar, or the first representative is incompetent. Either way I do not recommend Imagine Credit.

      Guilty of bait and switch...cardholder agreement clearly states variable interest based on prime rate. Prime has gone down .75% in last 3 months, not reflected in my APR. Also, across the board rate hike to 36% and membership fee of $159. **************** is on the hook for Fortiva's shenanigans. Repirted them.

      **** *** called 5 times to pay my account off. They couldnt communicate English effectively. I couldnt get an email to confirm my pay off! They made me uncomfortable as if they were scamming me! They are ruining my credit! Stay away from this business to avoid the nightmare!

      I actually give them a 0. I called a month ago to ask about and give them my correct banking information. The man I talked to told me not to worry because everything was fine. I kept asking are you sure. Today I got another email about it being late. I called again and they changed what I was told when I called the first time. I feel like they changed what he told me to blame me for not calling. It is hard to understand what they are saying because they are foreign. I want people to know how they treat their customers. I asked for my final bill and will be paying it totally off. I wont be using ****** ever again because they use this crooked credit company. People be aware of them and dont use them!
