  I would give this scam zero stars if I could. They link out to their own website to look like a ***** page so you think it is reputable. They prey on people who are not technologically savvy and who are probably stressed out about getting their passports on time. Additionally, they say they will do a refund our contacted within 24 hours but they do not answer their phones and do not respond via online chat messenger on their website. The only way I got my money back was doing a chargeback through my credit card. This is a predatory business. You cant even leave comments on their social media because of the number of people they have scammed.

  I must say this company came through a day early. I purchased the expedited delivery 3-5 business days and it was delivered a day early. I shipped it to there ******* ******** location on ************************* and by the way I stay in ***** everything went smoothly. My location down in ***** was pretty backed up with no appointments available soon enough so had to take a different route. I signed up for tracking details on the state website so that I stay in know the moment they received and processed might information and it was all done in the timely manner 1 day to be exact . Anytime I called rush my passport someone was always there to answer any questions I had. The only thing is that the state doesnt send your passport book, passport card and birth certificate together anymore everything is shipped to you separately thats just how the state is doing things now but you will get it back just have to be on the lookout for it. The state will send an email and tracking details the moment it is shipped. Rest assure this company is legitimate and it is not a fraud or scam. I will be using this service again in future to renew.

  I paid for expedited service of passport renewal with no actual service provided. I was able to fill out the passport paperwork online, but I had to take it to the post office myself and pay again for expedition/shipping. None of that was provided to me by RushMyPassport. Even the lady at the post office who does passport renewals for a living was very suspicious of RushMyPassport. The amount the lady at the post office calculated from memory for what I was getting, came out suspiciously similar to what RushMyPassport took from me. *** tried to get a refund as no tangible service has been provided for my $220, but the agent flat out denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told if they DECIDE to call you, a supervisor will contact you within ***** hrs If they decide to?? What kind of business are they running here. It is very suspicious, redundant, unnecessary and provided absolutely nothing I couldnt have done on my own. Im essentially paying the same amount twice to two different entities to achieve the same outcome, with service provided by one and no service provided by the other. I just want my money back from RushMyPassport.

  I went to this company in order to acquire a passport for a business trip i am taking my colleagues to for a business trip. I was promised that I would receive my expedited passport only to find out when i arrived at a passport agency, that this company was a scam. I called in and requested my refund over a month ago for order #GW-101F8B0C6. I was told by one representative it would be 3-5 business days maximum. The second representative explained that this was impossible as if everyone in this company is making their own rules. I am behind on my business travel date and need my refund to be returned expeditiously!

  This company is a total scam. They farm out your passport to another agency and dont perform the service from start to finish. They are cashing in on our expense and do nothing that you cant do yourself

  SCAM SCAM SCAM! Go to the post office. Rushmypassport.com should not exist. Complete fraud website, dont overpay for your passport.

  Unless you feel like throwing money away DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service is non existent. I needed an expedited passport. 1 week turn around. I started my process online on the advice of a friend who had used them years ago (maybe they were good then?). After paying and filling out all the forms I got an email later that day saying I needed to call them to continue the process. First thing the following morning I called and left a message. Later in the day after no one returned my call I started to feel uncomfortable. I called again and left a message. And called the next day and left a message and then used the chat to contact them. Crickets. The next day someone called me. By this point I was told I would not be able to get my passport on time! The woman on the other end of the line asked if I wanted a refund. Of course I did. I assumed that would be it. Its been weeks of me calling to follow up on the refund and all Im able to do is leave messages. No one ever calls back. I will be writing reviews on every platform I can to warn other potential buyers.

  I on line and found this company thinking I was going to get my Passport faster. All they did was take my money and do absolutely nothing. They don't answer their phone and its always the same BS. We are experiencing a higher volume of class at this moment and they don't return your calls. I still had to go to the post office and fill out these forms and pay them as well.So I was suckered to think this was a legit service and they did nothing but take my $234.90.I ended up paying again at the county clerks office for the same service and was told to get a refund from RushMyPassport because its a Complete scam!This company needs to be reported and shut down!! Do not use them.

  Okay I go with this company to make my life easier I've never had a passport well the number you call for help keep saying the call back later cuz they're busy too many phone calls okay great so for days I'm calling and calling and calling and keeps saying the same thing then I'm like you know what I'm going to get a refund and figure this out I don't have time to waste well after 72 hours the policy says that they don't refund this is ridiculous thing to put that in both letters or something I wouldn't I would have got a refund before the 72 hours if I knew that was the case this seems like a scam they don't answer their phone they don't reply there's no way to like leave a call back number leave a message I didn't find a way anyway from the number that's on the on the website I just want my money back and they need to update their services get some type of customer service or something the department that can help people do this cuz not everybody has had a passport so I just got burned for I don't know $200 and some odd dollars and I still have to get my passport and it's an emergency a family member died and I need to get to my destination so for this being supposedly easier and the service to provide there's no support just makes no sense I want a refund I don't want to hear your policy of 72 hours because your service ***** I bet they get a lot of people for their money because of the 72 hour policy that they have it ain't right they should stay that when you before you go to actually make the purchase make that clear not go hide in a small print at the bottom of your page where it says refund policy it's ridiculous

  I used this service in a ***** facility and paid $208.32 for expedited passport and a photo. I ended up paying again at the county clerk’s office for the same service and was told to get a refund from RushMyPassport because it’s a Complete scam!
  Why does ***** still have these computers setup at their locations when they know they are scamming customers!?
