    The best experience I have had with an on-line seller. The product I ordered was defective. I informed the company expecting that I would need to return the defective product under warranty. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement. No questions asked, no need to return the defective product. I received the replacement a couple of days later.I would absolutely order from them again.

    I called the home security superstore for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The young lady that I spoke with (initials A.M.E.) was extremely knowledgeable of their products, very helpful with the specific product I ordered, and walked me thru the ordering process in a most professional way.
