    First off, shoutout to their customer service teamactually responsive, actually helpful, which is wildly rare these days. They helped me pick the right baton when I was torn between models. Shipping was also quick enough that I started to feel like Id ordered something ***********, the baton itself? Did it arrive in pristine, untarnished Excalibur-level perfection? No. There was a little damage, and while they didnt offer a replacement after I mentioned it, it wasnt anything deal-breaking.But the real star here? The sound. Sweet merciful Zeus, the sound. You fire this thing up, and it doesnt crackleit roars. Its not even a warning; its a declaration. If you hear this noise and still decide to press forward, youve already ******* yeah, not flawless, but solid. Would I trust it in a spicy situation? Absolutely. Would I trust the noise alone to stop someone in their tracks? Even more so.
