    They did a great job for me. I probably would have settled with my insurance company for much less and had to come out of pocket. But these guys proved to the claim adjuster that I had hail damage and the insurance company had to pay. I got my roof for nothing. I will use them again in the future and have recommended them to all of my friends. They had the same experience as well.

    Hello,We have been in ******* with our client and resolved the issues. Our client has made multiple attempts to ******* the BBB to have this review removed because it was made in error. Our client has mistaken us with another company they were working with around the same timeframe, so this review should be removed immediately by the BBB since our client has been asking the BBB for it to be taken down for over 2 months now. Attention BBB please have our account rep ******* us to discuss this matter since the review was made in error.

    The company is straight fraud. Stole money out of my insurance and havent returned my call yet. The *************** is ******** so is the entire company. I suggest anyone take their business elsewhere. My insurance paid out in February. ******* lied about receiving the check. They finally sent it back to me and it was **** plus short. They never did render one service but took the money. This business needs to be shut down. This case is currently being investigated.

    This client was involved with an independent adjuster that was hired by **** that was slandering our company to multiple clients in the middle Georgia area after a storm that hit in December 2021. We have a signed contract with this client and Precision fulfilled our end of the contractual obligation to this client and has followed the laws in place by the ********** of ********* of Georgia. We sent a cease and desist letter to **** about this adjuster that was slandering us to the **** clients we worked for in this area to stop the slander against our company name. I recommend anyone that is reading this review to go see our reviews on ******* we have close to a 5 star rating on ****** because Precision is a very professional company that puts our clients first. We don't steal money from clients because if we did we wouldn't be in business because the ********** of ********* would shut us down for theft. We do not steal from our clients, this client was sent her money and we have documentation of this. Precision was paid our 15% fee for the service we performed and that was it. This review should be removed by the BBB because it's slander and not accurate information about our company and violates the BBB guidelines because of the vulgar language and name dropping of our CEO used in this review. This review is an attack against our character as a company.
