  I contacted **** at Precision Claim Consultants back in February 2023 after my rental property located in ********, ** was damaged when the pipes froze in December 2022 causing major water damage. I had already started the claim with my insurance company who were not giving me a good feeling that I was going to get the amount of money needed to repair everything. **** and went to work immediately and were able to get the claim up to a good amount but the insurance company still was coming in about 20K short in regards to Precisions appraisal. **** and team invoked the appraisal clause in my insurance policy which meant that his appraiser and the insurance company's appraiser needed to get together to come up with an agreement. Finally, after 9 months after signing on with Precision the appraisers came to an agreement which provided an additional 16K award. I am truly grateful for all the work and help that Precision provided me with my insurance claim and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a public adjuster.

  We were very fortunate to deal with Precision Claims when hail damage was found on the roofs of two of ********** homes. They came out promptly to inspect both properties and filed the claims with our insurance right away. The entire process from inspection to repairs was handled seamlessly by Precision and we were kept up to date throughout what paperwork/steps were required of **. Our contractor completed the roof replacements less than 2 weeks after the claims were approved. Precision Claims made the whole insurance claim and repair process headache-free during a stressful situation. Our tenants were thrilled to have new roofs installed so quickly. Thanks to the team at Precision for your outstanding service, expertise and for getting our property back to normal again fast! We highly recommend for any storm restoration or insurance claim needs. 5 stars all the way!

  This company misrepresented me to my insurance company. They made claims for things that were not done to my house, they double billed for items that they did. They also misrepresented me to my insurance company stating:"I wish to thank you for all of your help with this claim. ********************** still thinks this estimate is too low. Contracting prices have really gone up."We wish to send this to appraisal please."I have attached my client's appraisal demand letter and our final estimate."I never told the company that I thought the estimate was too low. I also never sent an appraisal demand letter. They are basing these statements on general terms that were in the contract, but that are not relevant 8 months after the job was completed. Their manager **** was rude and belligerent on the phone. I wish I had never heard of this company. If

However we do feel you have misrepresented the facts in your review. Precision helped you obtain a full roof approval from your insurance company which saved you thousands of dollars. The cost of roofing materials and labor has increased by more than 500% since 2020, which is why our price was more than what your insurance company was trying to offer. If you had to pay for this roof out of pocket, I can assure you would be like your insurance company and try to pay as minimal as possible to save money. We understand most consumers like yourself do not know the cost of building materials and the tradesman labor to install these building materials in your local area, so this is why Precision is in business. We are professionals at estimating and negotiating pricing on insurance property loss claims. Your roof was estimated with Xactimate which is the same estimating software your insurance company uses we just use it the proper way to make sure that you the homeowner are taken care of and you dont get short changed or lesser quality materials on your roof. It baffles us that you would take the time to write a one star review after we have done so much for you to help you obtain a brand new roof.

I highly recommend Precision if you want a full service Public adjusting firm to handle your insurance claim, so you dont get lowballed by your insurance company.   This is an excellent company that takes pride in helping their clients get the best financial outcome after a property loss. Precison goes the extra mile and handles everything from start to finish. They met the adjuster and wrote up the estimate and even negotiated with our insurance company so we didnt get lowballed. It was so easy and such a huge benefit to have a professional advocating on our behalf. We didnt know what to say to the adjuster and they keep ignoring us, so we are so glad we hired Precision Claims.
