  Referred by HomeServe.Fixed my problem with MY provided switch (not his). Then he began to upsell, my home wasn't up to code,. Cost? $20K for rewiring a small Aframe.Told me my electrical box wasn't for outside. I've had many electricians, inspections done and no one stated it was not up to code or not for outside. It's protected against the elements. He said it was wet. It's been close to 100 degrees here and humid for over 2 weeks.YES, everything is wet, including the inside of the house. I have dehumidifiers and a/c going. it's covered by a roof.My windows on that side get rained on. Estimate for box over $3K. I told him we couldn't afford it. Then the nasty letters from the owner *************************** began, then a phone call to my daughter (how did he get her # I wonder? It's new.) I asked them not to call my home anymore, we were done. I notified Home Serve and planned to notify you, Trust Pilot and if necessary the state's attorney if the harassment continued. It did. Another letter telling me I was threatening and then he proceeded to rhreaten ME with "authorities". I called my building inspector's office. Yes he has good revues, all the same vernacular, seems like all the same person writing, I have sent all correspondence to Home Serve since they referred him to me and have to know what kind of business person this is. When his service man came out (name withheld) he stated we called them and got a permit from them years ago. Yes, they refused to come out to fix my mast. I had to hire someone else using that permit. They threatened to put me and my daughter out of my our home. I am a widow, 77 yrs old. My daughter is disabled. They brought up the permit twice as if they expected me to bow down and kiss their feet. I have the correspondence and one estimate. Proof is in the writing. Yes I toid them I would do this. If he was a responsible businessman, he would have not written or called me after I said NO. Avoid at all costs.

  Unfortunately when being hired from a home warranty company directly we are not aloud to share any of their invoices with anyone but them. So you are correct we did advise you to contact them for any documents requested.As far as your existing electrical system as we explained to your daughter the owner of the home it is not code compliant nor was it when it was altered, as you have an In-door rated panel box mounted outside of the home. We gave several options to make things more better. As we explained these were professional recommendations and the homeowner has the choice to do something or nothing to resolve those items.You have not been nice nor professional with us from the beginning, sending nasty emails and calling to report us to the local inspectors office (that we work with regularly) all because we made a few recommendations. Its obvious from our existing reviews we are a reputable company and we stand behind our work. My team of certified electricians are up front and give honest opinions and recommendations as they see are needed and I stand behind them. I guess there are some people that just don't like to hear bad news, out of site out of mind I guess. We never received any cease and desist letter , we did speak to the inspector you reported us to and explained everything that is going on with your home so he would understand the the situation. My recommendation to you at this point is for you to call another reputable electrician out to have a 2nd opinion maybe then you will understand. If you didn't like our recommendations simply say no thanks and call someone else. But bashing my company name is not the way.

  The entire process with EaZy Electrical was easy, efficient and highly satisfactory. From the quick response, communication, estimating and promptness, all was efficient and highly professional. ***** showed up when promised, was courteous, friendly & professional, and completed the work in short order and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

  ******************** came out to fix our burst pipe in Christmas Eve . It was 7pm and he did not disappoint. What a wonderful person to be so polite, prompt, and kind. He has us up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend this business.
