    Worse business to deal with, if you are serious about maintaining your business in good stands. This business, have staffs that will sweet talk to you in the beginning to get your money and once they have it, and you try to reach them, they will never reply and if they do, they will give you an attitude, you didn't know they had. Now they told me they can do business with me, but I need to have someone else to reach them. They didn't like the fact that I told them what I felt and was trying to let them know customers should get all the respect since they are throwing them their money so they can continue their business... They are extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MOST OF ALL RACISTS.

    The organization does fabulous work in its community, and we applaud its commitment to animal welfare. However, the client relationship has been challenging for several years. We have 29 pages of notes, including threats to write poor reviews if demands were unmet. The challenging interactions are not limited to certain people or departments but each client-facing area of our company, including sales, consulting, customer service, and accounts payable.Last year, after several challenging business interactions, we decided to terminate the relationship due to how the client spoke and interacted with our team members. We value and respect the organization, so we previously asked for a new point of contact to work with, or we will no longer be able to work together. After the request was not met, we officially made the final decision this year, and the client's response was this negative review. While we don't like a negative review, we accept it to move forward and put this tumultuous business relationship behind us. We have over 5000 happy and engaged clients who need and value our help, and we would rather put our focus there and allow the client to find a partnership that works for their needs. We wish the client and the organization the best, but this is not a good fit for either party.     If you don't want any communication with the Founder of Angels of the streets, then you don't need our business. She decides which business we should work with, and we have to respect her decision. And we of course, don't think you are the business we would like to work with. You seem to be very confused of what you're aiming for. Having a good relationship with customers and repair any damage should be your goal. Good luck!!     I used BryteBridge to initially set up my non profit. I had most of it done already so that processes worked. When I returned to do my 990 filings - internal technical errors split my accounts. I literally spent two weeks emailing, making trouble tickets, calling into manager lines, leaving messages on weekend answering services, chat agents - you name it - I tried it and for two weeks I had zero response. I honestly thought they had gone out of business.I had been very clear that my accounts were messed up - that the information was incorrect-and that I needed to speak to someone. Instead of responding to me - they filed the 990 form incorrectly. I am now being told they can not fix it, and that having the proper address on my tax forms is not required. I have spent in total about ***** hours trying to get this fixed. This is time and money that BryteBridge stole from my organization. If you want to do your non profit right - this is not the path for you. If you want good advice for your non profit - this is not the company you should choose. If you are short on time and resources - this is definitely not the company you should use. They are unable to admit that anything went wrong. They are unconcerned that weeks of messages into their organization can not be found. They continue to blame me for mistakes they made- and are literally unable to fix. I estimate that this will cost my non profit $500-$1000 in time and money and consequences for their mistakes. Those are resources that should have gone to our mission - instead they went into the abyss that is BryteBridge Customer support.I am not satisfied that they did the best they could with the information they had. They knew from my messages that the information was incorrect - why they continued to misfile a form that can't be amended shows the values and the quality of this company. Do not trust them with your non profit -your mission is too important to be trusted in their hands.

    Despite all this great reviews, which made me start with them, it has been a curse for our non profit. So far, and after almost 2 months things were not done properly, or efficiently. I received for the third time the form filled with things missing. They take forever to reply to emails, and getting a hold of someone on the phone is impossible. We have transferred our case to the legal department of our main sponsor, since they believe this is putting at risk the *** granting our 501(c)3 status. Today, I cannot recommend them. It feels like a scam more than anything.

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize if your experience was not ideal. We feel it's important to share a few essential details for you and others#1. We are one of the leaders in helping nonprofits get their 501 (C) (3). We set up 1500 in a typical year and support over 5000 nonprofits to maintain their 501(C)(3) and compliance status. We do know what we are doing. Even though we are leaders in the nonprofit community, it doesn't mean we are not human or incapable of making mistakes. Your situation was unique and needed more clarity for us out of the gate. Before hiring BryteBridge, your team started and submitted the application process incorrectly. We were tasked with trying to unwind, correct, and submit cleanly. We understand this likely created not only a confusing starting point for a working relationship but was also stressful for your organization, and sadly, we became the scapegoat. Unfortunately, it took some time to fully understand what was done and what still needed to be done and create a plan to resolve it. When it was apparent that we had a plan of action, you placed a chargeback with your merchant provider. The process is a partnership between the nonprofit and us. We must work together to get the application finalized. We wish you well and hope you can get your 501(C)(3) application accepted by the **** as we know this is a long and tedious process.

    BryteBridge Nonprofit Solutions is phenomenal! Our organization was in need of establishing our 501c3 and BryteBridge made things happen both effectively and efficiently. **************** played a vital role in assisting us with this endeavor. He was also very knowledgeable and was extremely resourceful. In addition, ***************** was instrumental in the financial aspects of our organization. She went above and beyond to assist and meet the needs of our organization when it came to filing proper forms. I give BryteBridge and the entire team five stars!

    Great experience so far ??. *************************** was my encourager and helped me right out the gate.. he is amazing.. Thank you ***! ******************* is filling out my Nonprofit organization and before 10 days was up it was finished. We are now in the process of finishing up my 501 C3 paperwork , so far so good she has been very thorough and quick to respond. At this point, I am very pleased with all of their quick responses and quick paperwork filing .. praying all continues to go well as we continue forward
