HotelPlanner.com - General Request (******** Wow, what a ripoff - I booked this room in ********* ** for one night as I was working through the area. Found a deal on Priceline and it took me to this company called HotelPlanner.com. called and tried to make a reservation for the listing I saw but as usual the price was not what was listed on the website (imagine that) the liars on the other end told me I could get a room with a little refrigerator for $xxx. I made the reservation and when I arrived (MOTEL) the room had no AC unit and no refrigerator. I went to the front desk and was told none of the rooms have AC or refrigerators. These 3rd party booking places are just a bunch of liars! Called the reservations group 3 times and never got a call back... after their quoted 15 min to call you back automated reply. They automatically opened a ticket and I rcv'd a email response back 4 days later with some mumbled text in the body (Wow what a professional group) I explained the situation and all that was done was an offer of a credit for 1/2 a nights stay towards my next booking. Do they really think I'm going to book with them or Priceline again! My advice is stay in a HOSTEL is has to be better than what these jokers can do. What a waste of time and money. *************.com sucks!

Thank you for sharing your experience and giving us an opportunity to respond. Upon looking into your account I see that HotelPlanner has been in contact with you in regards to your reservation and issues. A voucher has been issued, which you have denied. HotelPlanner would be more then happy to reinstate the voucher if would accept it.

The worst co every I got no confirmation or nothing but one email for a 23.00 cert for a meal ..we checked into the hotel marjac and it had a bloody mattress and a pair of pants with poop smeared all under the bath cabinet …I demanded a refund and the manager said no until as they say it was Expedia that took my money …but the credit card traced it back to hotel.com …so we were clues of our confirmation as we tried to email from the cert of meal ..we got no response ..so after my bank tracked it to them I have put in numerous of request to get a refund as we left ..the hotel tried to change our room 3 times ..no ac or tv and blood on a mattres and than the next room it was poop smeared under the sink with a man’s pants …I tried to call every number to see who took my funds as the manager was no help ..the 3rd room was filled with mold with a hole in the floor to where you could see the next room ….given that we walked out …..so I have spent nearly over a week sending emails and calling and I get transferred to the The county for a rep …..the rep made it clear to my back she would have a ticket and made a claim but nothing …I got one email that didn’t make sense as there was a number to Delaware to call …it was a lady stay at home mom they never heard such …so I screened shot all and she is making a call to see why her name is on hotel .com ( ***** ) and stated this is her 4th call …they will not help even under the poorest conditions..I have sent info of pics letter etc …..I got one response and I have emailed them 16-18 times …I am begging ones to not book ….this gets transferred out and you think you are making the reservation at the hotel …than the hotel on has ti give another name like Expedia that took your funds and you have no way on knowing …..so many attempts to collect:/ refund as now I am advised by my make on 3 way calls …3 times that I need to file in a small claim court to even get one to talk …..you get no confirmation no check in letter and once
