  All you read about being scammed and money stolen is absolutely true ! On the process of reporting to my credit card to get all money stolen from this program back . Its true when you realize that theyve taken money and email them to remove charges ~ they offer you a LIFETIME ( worth $199 ) they will never stop stealing money from you ! You will have to resort on canceling you card . Please use legit sites from our country and leave this behind.

  I love this program. Sad to see so many think it is a scam. Just make sure to read and only chose what you want. She has great advise and the program does work if you follow it. The workout our my favorite self care.

  I have signed up for many "trials" in the past and have never been charged hidden monthly charges until now. This website is a VERY sneaky. Definitely leads you to think you are paying a one time discounted fee and then charges monthly. Ridiculous!! I didn't notice for 5 months and they would only refund me for 2. ALSO THIS PROGRAM SUCKS! maybe if you want to starve it'll work for you. Terrible scam company and stop emailing me!!

  In don't know about the program. But I do know I was charged without even a confirmation page or price breakdown for the 7 day free trial. I was able to cancel. And get a refund, but seems very dishonest business practice. If you sign up for the $30 package don't click on link they send you via email. Since they have your cc they can easily charge you.

  This review is specifically about the emails that accompany purchase of Svelte products/program. (The exercise/diet parts of the program may or may not work for you, but the way they go about it is irresponsible and disreputable.)TW: suicide, body dismorphia .........I received an email with a staged scenario of a person frustrated that their diet wasn't working. It then transitioned into a depiction of body dysmorphia, self hatred and a suggestion that the person would attempt suicide. This is unacceptable. There were no trigger warnings and it plays into dangerous tropes of body negativity and self hatred. It was utterly irresponsible and potentially damaging, especially to vulnerable people. All to sell a product. Disgraceful. There are good programs out there that focus on health, vitality, body positivity and do so in responsible, lasting ways.Please do not support this company.

  I would encourage people to not fall for this training program. I signed up for the "One and Done" one time purchase and have been charged monthly. To cancel online the page is difficult to figure out, there is a phone number which was answered and I was told my card would no longer be charged. This happened after I was offered a "lifetime" membership. Do not fall for this!

  DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!I purchased the $29 training and another free 7-day trial but unable to access it for 3 days now and they keep telling me "they were having technical issues" but should be able to access it already. Guess what, I'm still unable to access it!!! I called costumer service multiple times and even emailed them multiple times too!! It's BS and Frustrating! I spoke with ******* (costumer rep) and don't want to move my 7-day trial eventhough it wasn't my fault as I was not able to access it because of "technical issues"on their end and had the audacity telling me to pay $49. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS!!

  *************************** as a wellness coach you should be very ashamed of what you have sold yourself out to to make money. I started with an introductory offer and hoped for some good fitness instruction. You gave a very brief no details on how to get the most benefit out of the exercises you were demonstrating. Just a quick work out you could easily download on various ******* sites. The difference with your company it was all about getting your credit card info and upselling you, in my case without my knowledge. Svelte ** charged my card for over $700.00 after I canceled the program. I guess I join the rest in being duped.

  Charged me over $300 without the transaction being approved or seeing a final breakdown of price like you do for online purchases. I also recieved nothing for goods or services.I called them to cancel the charges, using the phone number link right from the website.When they answered it sounded like they repeatedly dropped the phone for a solid **** seconds. Once them managed to say hello, without identifying themselves, I told them they had charged me when I hadnt approved any purchase, and I would like the charges reversed.He promptly hung up on me. I'm now dealing with a fraud investigation through my bank.
