Very nice in the beginning but communication got bad after getting 2 of my payments.

We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you've experienced with our communication during your time with us. Upon reviewing your account, we noted multiple interactions from the date of your welcome call on June 23rd to your cancellation request on August 16th. Throughout this period and after your request to cancel, we made several attempts to reach you via phone; however, we were only able to leave voicemails. Your account lists only one phone number, so perhaps there is a better number to reach you that we're unaware of.
After receiving this review, we made another attempt to get in touch with you, but unfortunately, we were only able to leave a voicemail. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience further and address any concerns you may have.
