This has been the best place to settle our debt. We feel taken care by **** and recently ********. They gently put you back on track after going through two surgeries and having to miss payments. I've been with this company for 1/12 years so far and they paid off two loans and saved me quite a lot of money. They are working on one more loan for me and I should be out of debt by *** of 2025. I'm so happy about it! Whenever I called them about anything, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable of my concerns. I wish there was more communication and paperwork to show your progress with the companies you are settling with. So far Ive been working with this company for about 8 months and theyve already said they are about to settle one of my debts, but Im still being hounded by my other debt through a debt collector. The debt collector has sent me multiple letters even though ODS said they would stop soon.Optimal Debt Solutions
