    This my third time ordering from Cabinets.com. I continue to come back because of the quality and the customer service. I can't say enough about my designer, *******. She was knowledgeable and patient with my questions and changes. She replied to my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I feel grateful to have been assigned to her.

    I recently ordered from Cabinets.com. $11k+ order. An $800 cabinet came with all 4 drawers broken. The company will not replace the cabinet. They will not allow me to send in the cabinet for them to repair and send back. They are sending me the parts for me to repair the damage. That's not something I am physically capable of doing and will have to pay someone to do it. I am irritated because I paid for pre-assembled cabinets. If I had realized I would have to do any amount of the assembling, I would not have purchased from this company.

    I can't amend or edit my previous review, but wanted to update based on our most recent interaction with the Cabinets.com team. After writing my previous review and expressing my disappointment on many different levels, my husband was contacted by the company as they wanted to make everything right. They worked through the color matching situation with him and provided a partial refund that we felt to be very fair. While we're still waiting on our final cabinet, it's because when it was finished it didn't pass quality control, so I appreciate knowing that vs. being sent product we won't be happy with. Customer service goes a long way with me, even without involving refunds, so I really appreciated the follow-up and quick action!

    Maybe I'm just one of those people who things never work out smoothly for, but I did not have a very good experience with cabinets.com. It started with the design - they have a very slick 3D design tool which I spent a lot of time using to design my kitchen just the way I wanted it. When I was done, it was submitted to a designer who I assume adds the necessary spacers to make sure everything fits just right. Apparently the designer just uses the 3D design as a reference and redesigns it. My designer decided to change out cabinets I specifically had in my design - like the pantry that was supposed to include rollout drawers and another base cabinet with rollouts. I wasn't quick enough to notice this, so I received cabinets without the rollouts and had to reorder those and install...without directions which they don't inlcude (I found them on a different cabinet company's website). One other thing about the rollouts, the deliverer basically dumped them in a pile in front of my garage rather than neatly stack them near my front door. I also received two upper cabinets without shelves and shelf clips and had to submit a claim for those. One upper cabinet was not square so I had to submit a claim and am still waiting for that to arrive (3 weeks and counting). The old saying is true: you get what you pay for. If you want to spend less and put up with poor quality control, you will get a half-way decent cabinet from cabinets.com.

    Unless you're ordering 1 or 2 cabinets, I would avoid ordering from cabinets.com. I placed an order for remolding my kitchen roughly 23'x13' or about 18 cabinets. My first delivery came around with many damaged cabinets, few missing cabinets/missing pieces, and the wrong size cabinets. After placing a claim for such items, more than a month later I received only some of my items in which some were damaged and still missing. Another claim was filed after that. My kitchen that was suppose to be done in early May is now pushed out a few months because of cabinets.com. I've been pushing off my countertop guy whose schedule is full to begin with. Every time I call they basically say sorry for the mishap and we will ship your custom cabinets asap. I am now waiting on my third delivery from cabinets and I really hope that this is the last one. My expectations are very low at this point.
