    Very prompt response and service. Couldn't have asked for any better!!! Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. Price may have been a bit high but worth it for the excellent repair.

    It was cold so I turned on the heater but instead of heat, I got cold air. The temperature in my house plunged from 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 67 degrees Fahrenheit. So, around 7:30 am, I called for Service First and their technician arrived at 9:00 am. Service First technician diagnosed and replaced the faulty parts of my heating unit. Problem solved!

    Service first is absolutely the best company Ive ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. When they say they will call you back in 5 minutes, they do. Everyone from the repairmen, to the office ladies, to the owner actually care about the customer. I am a brand new customer and I will never leave.     Service First scheduled me within 3 days to service my pool heater that needed to be serviced. They also replaced my breaker for the pool pump that was not working. They are professional and friendly, from the moment I made the appointment! I would highly recommend this company!!!

    Overall great service. They answer the phone promptly and ensure emergencies are seen same day. Regular service is affordable, technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. They dont try to add extra costs. I highly recommend! They are a great team.
