    Was in ** when AC went out in **. Altho in a panic, immediately they came the next morning and corrected the issue at no charge! Impressed and very relieved.

    A year ago we were in middle of reconstruction of our home after ***, and Our a/c stopped working. We had a 2021 new champion furnace and A /C purchased from sharkeys. ******** had been purchased and ******** would not help us. We called Service First. **** ***** ***, **** and ****** all helped us. Not fond of a champion product , they changed fan module, cleaned up a/c unit, went in attic to recommend more insulation and a thermostat that we could monitor from *******. They installed a purifier in a/c chamber. We have a service maintenance plan with them. This past april, the a/c quit again while we were in *******. **** came quickly. He reconnected two wires that had been cut by landscapers. We never got a bill. Today **** came for maintenance check. He figured out our high humidity problem, cleaned and checked all parts of unit and even cleaned louvers as he changed filters. (He did hold the line at doing windows.). We are very pleased with the staff of Service First. They are quick to help us, and great at problem solving without immediately wanting to sell us something.

    Im out of town. I wake up this morning to find my AC and thermostat shutdown. Service First came in under two hours and totally resolved the problem. That is FANTASTIC service

    Fast, efficient, and courteous service. My A/C unit needed repair, especially when the temperature rose close to 100. Rather than schedule my service for the following week, *** (the repair technician) came to my door about 20 minutes after I called. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He took the time to explain what he did and what needs to be done in the future. SUPERIOR SERVICE, I highly recommend them
