  This is a criminal enterprise. They told us our move would cost a certain amount, after we went through every single item in our home. They contracted out movers who showed up one day late, high out of their minds, and refused to give us more than 535 cubic feet without tripling our price. They then attempted to hold our items hostage until we paid them an additional $400 to drive ten minutes to a storage unit. We called Moving Solutions customer service and we hoped theyd be surprised by this, but instead they doubled down. This was nothing short of extortion. Dont ever use them.

  HORRIBLE! LIARS AND DEVIOUS. Never heard of a company who only takes cash or money order only from post office and wants you to leave it blank. UNSCRUPULOUS !Would never recommend them not even to move trash. I was quoted by **** a ****** of $**** ended up over $7000. Would not take my stuff unless I paid it. The *** said **** listed very few items and he could only move that for #****. Pay up or leave your stuff here. I was devastated. My furniture was broken, I received someone else's stuff. SCAMMERS!

  DO NOT USE!! They are scammers! I contacted Moving Solutions on 7/24/24 and talked to ******* *****. I told him I needed to move my daughter from ****** to *******. He quoted me a price of $4600. I said that was too high and then he told me he had a guy moving from *********, ******** to *********, *** and they could share.a truck. Their stuff would be separated on the truck, not a problem and the stuff would get there in 3 days for a price of $2300. I said sounds perfect and we were excited.The day of the move on sunday, a gentleman, ****, arrived from ******** and told me that the estimate was wrong and we owed an additional $1900 in cash. I was floored. I told **** the story of splitting a truck with another person and he smiled and said that's not happening and with a smile he proceeded to tell me that her stuff would be taken to a warehouse and once more people were moving east, her stuff would be placed on a semi truck with others. I was devastated and so upset that we were totally lied to. Totally scammed! **** knew and told me we should never have used Moving SolutIons. Having never moved before, I had. no idea.They ended up moving my stuff to an 18 ******* and my move was to downtown *******, where an 18 ******* cannot drive. The truck driver had to move my stuff to a uhaul that he rented with an additional cost to me of $650. Total amount of my move was $4700..more than double of my quote. These people are brokers and knew exactly what they were doing. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!

  Fair, hard working, and right to the point. I worked with B en and can't say enougt about his responsiveness and professionalism from start to finish. Helped me get a good price, always answered my questions and got me updates. **** and his crew were punctual and didn't stop working until the teuxk was full and the house was empty. **** was a great leader and all of the helpers were polite. We got delivery quickly and had a couple of minor items damaged but I can't complain about that since we moved just over 2400 miles. I don't want to do it again, but if I had to I wouldn't want anyone else doing it for me. Highly recommended.

  WORST COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT USE! They were completely unethical, charged me three times what they quoted me, added in costs that we never discaused and LIED that they were the actual moving company. They are a brokerage firm who hired the horrible movers who moved my things across the country. My things were broken, held in a warehouse for over a week, no return phone calls, and they took no responsibility or liability. I spoke with *******, Justice, and **** (horrible people). THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS. You wont get your money back. They became unresponsive to calls. Extremely unethical. They are a major scam. Look elsewhere when you are moving and look to work directly with the moving company. Not a brokerage firm like this company. Extremeluy diceiving.

  I got the best moving company! They were really professional, and all of my belongings arrived on schedule and undamaged despite the several lifts and obstacles we had to navigate. Though some of my moves have been hit or miss, I move almost year, and this may have been the finest one yet.
