  This place should be raided by the **** Absolutely criminal organization! They set up our move. When the movers showed up they demanded 50% more of the total cost! So we were strong armed by the movers. Then my son moved across the country only for this moving company to tell us we wont get our items for AT LEAST A MONTH!!! So my kid is living in an empty place with almost nothing. You call and these people are belligerent and seem fully prepared to gaslight you. Would not consent to be recorded and seemed spoiling for a fight. Claimed my husband cussed at them then hung up. This company is a mob racket that uses the military to make you think they are credible and reliable. They are the furthest thing from. Now my husband will have to take our stuff back and either drive it himself or hire a whole other company. They are absolutely criminals and should be investigated by law enforcement.

  ITS A FRAUD!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.We have really had a horrendous experience. If I give them the benefit of doubt, our experience was unprofessional, sloppy, and disingenuous. What I really think is that they straight up extorted me. They are now over a week late. They will not refund my deposit. After getting a quote, moving date, and paying 1/3rd deposit, they told me I have to pay 1000$ in order to get my delivery picked up. Again, they are over a week late and will not refund my deposit. They will not complete the move unless I pay them 1000$ more. If you're in this position, cut your losses and run. They have lied multiple times about call-backs. They will not call back. They will not let me speak with a supervisor. They've got quite the racket going.

  This company is taking advantage of consumers and scamming them out of their money. I booked Final Destination to move me from ********** to Georgia. I went over my inventory with ******* and he quoted me a price that was within budget. I paid the deposit. A few days before my move I get a call from quality assurance to go over my inventory again. We discuss everything I have to move and make a few adjustments from the original inventory list. At the end of the ************************ tells me that there wont be a change to my total price. Great. But then the scam happens.The movers show up the morning of my move and act as if the inventory theyre looking at is a surprise. They tell me that the space it would take ** in the truck is over **** cu ft. When I booked and went over my inventory, Final Destination estimated 680 cu ft. I made sure that every single item was accounted for. So that morning the movers tell me that its going to be 3x the price that final destination told me - bringing my total to over $17,000. I was shocked. Everything that was there had been accounted for when I booked with Final Destination. I could not fathom why theyre be standing there telling me it would be 3x the price. I called customer service and *** was rude and condescending. She tells me that theres nothing they can do about what the movers are charging. Unacceptable. The scam is that Final Destination under-quotes customers in order to get them to book and pay the non-refundable deposit. Then the day of the move, the movers come and **** up the price astronomically. This puts people in a serious pinch because they have to move. Im sure some people just give in and are forced to pay the ridiculous price because theyre desperate to move. My reaction was to send the movers away and figure it out on my own.Ive requested my deposit back via email and Ive tried to call customer service multiple times but my calls and emails are not being returned.

  This company is a scam, no clue about when things could be delivered. We hired this company for our move as they gave best/cheapest quote. Scheduled pickup and drop off days and charged us 600$ upfront. When its time to pick up our stuff, the driver came up one day late and told us completely different charges, finally doubled our price. With the stress we were already in we agreed to the price they said and paid extra. The driver said items will be delivered within 2 days to the destination. Now its time to delivery our stuff on as per planned date. They never showed up, when we called the company why the driver is not dropping our stuff, they said it will take any time upto 21 days. We are completely screwed, my *********** starts next week and we don't have our stuff. Please stay far from this worst company with worst customer service.
