  RUN as FAST as you CAN!!!!!! Allied One Moving and Storage is a ****!!!!!!!! Despite our initial agreement, they provided only one driver who clearly lacked the necessary experience to handle furniture by himself. I was taken aback when he suggested that our quoted items would actually cost more than what was initially withdrawn from my account of $1,300 (which they refused to pay me back). Adding insult to injury, he attempted to persuade ** to sign a new contract that would cost even more before he would even start moving our items into his Penske Rented Moving truck!!! The driver took off without our items because I told him I was going to call the police for his ********** activity. We had no choice but to take legal action and file a police report and a ********** claim with our bank, as they had created a fake check without our consent and never paid me my $1,300. I hope they get shut down soon for taking advantage of people.

  I hired this company for a move from New Jersey to Florida buyer beware. They really took a vantage of me by that. I am a senior citizen and they really had me confused with the whole ordeal. The only reason I am doing this is to let people know how this company operates and this has only to do with two deposits the first original deposit later on they said that I added more items which is not true and they charge me a second deposit so I called corporate offices and they didn’t even bother to look into it. They told me that I’m not eligible for a deposit so buyer beware of Allied, one movers and storage

  Is it possible to have a negative 1 star rating???? Horrible high pressure, misogynists....fortunately I saw the red flags and didn't book with them. They actually told me the BBB was a scam and they refused to pay their extortion fees. Run, do not walk away from these guys.

  I (like many others) filled a quote online and kept getting harassed for months everyday since by Allied One Moving. They call from random numbers so you cant block them and after awhile I asked to be put on the *** list but kept getting calls. On their last one (today) I answered to please not be put on the *** list I pick up and their guy introduces himself and I say thank you but I already found a different method of moving and as I was about to explain he says if youre broke just say that and HUNG UP. I just read all their horrible reviews online and I believe everyone of them if this is how they handle their business. Unprofessional and rude! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

  Same problem everyone is experiencing. Wish I had checked this site before moving forward. Always get you because they say it is an estimate and then the movers show up saying they underestimated. Never use a broker like this company.

  Worst company to book moving freight through. Awful customer service! When I spoke to customer service 6 times I only found one good rep. *** other consistently tried to argue with me about the situation. ***ir company had provided dates, but couldnt back them up. Reached out after they missed my pickup date and all they could say was we cant get ahold of the driver. When I spoke to customer service they were very confrontational. All they care about is their money. ***y couldnt provide customer service, Ive found better customer service on the corner. If 0 stars existed this would be negative 10. *** moving company I worked with was fantastic. Im hindsight book a moving company near where youre located because they will provide better service than these freight brokers (AKA. A** CLOWNS). ***y try to raise the price for every piece of furniture added. *** customer service hours are awful and most of there employees are half-witted idiots who probably never graduated high school. While I was on the phone with one agent her kid was screaming in the background. You would think if you were at work from home a child would not be screaming in the background. I recommend finding movers in your area or near the area you will move to. ***se individuals hustle you for money, because you are in need of a move. Price is hiked up and they provide no service to backup there pricing. This company f****** blows. I dont understand how this company still operates. ***y provide no service after you book your move. ***y dodge your calls and once again there customer service is A** Aside from one customer service agent whose name is *****. She provided me with answers and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues surrounding my move. Every other customer service agent was confrontational and didnt represent what customer service should. All in all this company ***** major ***, find a local mover in your area.

  This company are run by scammers at worst and completely incompetent people at best. I was looking for a company that would help me move to another state. I was hoping to get a deal and this company promised to give me one. The first red flag that I ignored, but should have is that they want to half of their estimate as a security deposit up front. Not only that they took this money from a wire transfer. I was either suppose to move on the 31st of March, or the 1st of April, but I got a call from the movers saying they wouldn't be able to do so until the evening of the following day. However, on Saturday, the day before the supposed move, I got a call from a customer representative saying something happened to the ******* of the moving crew and that they would have to reschedule me for a window of Monday to Wednesday of the following week. I told her this was completely acceptable and that I would need to be moved at the latest by Monday. She promised to send me a new contract to sign but never did so. Also, when I tried to contact someone at the company, no one was there to pick up. I ended up calling my friends to help me box up what I could in my car and ended up throwing the rest. We ended up finishing up late Sunday night. At that time some new movers they arranged finally got around to calling me, I told them that I would no longer be needing to their assistance. After which another member of the company's customer representative told me that since I refused to have the movers assist me, I wouldn't be refunded my deposit. You can be the judge of this narrative, but in my mind this company is run to scam people out of their money. This company doesn't deserve even one star. If negative stars were an option that's what they would be getting.

  I wish that there was a 0 to select as 1 star is too high!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! We signed a contract with this company, prior to knowing that they have an F by the better business bureau. Once we found that out, we called to cancel and the sales rep called us back and we told him to cancel. We issued a stop payment but because we gave them our routing number and account number (which we will NEVER do that again) they went ahead and processed our first payment. We filed a fraudulent pull on our account and we had to change our bank account because of fraud!.Now they are calling us saying that we owe them the money because we never called back to cancel. We said that we cancelled with the sales guy but they said, he was the wrong person to talk to. They said that they are getting a collection agency now to get the money even though we cancelled and they have not provided any services.AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We agreed to $1,800 quote. I sent deposit. When they called to verify everything price went to $4,700. I said no way. We agreed to $3,700 and I could move smaller items. Time frame was March *****. On March 31 I called several times and got many different excuses, i.e., movers were taking longer on another job and would be there soon; movers had a late night but would be there around 6pm; movers aren't answering phone so it may be the next day. They finally arrived 2 days later on April 2 at 3:30 pm. They said we had more than agreed upon and needed $4,000 more. I said stick to original agreement and I would move the rest. The 27 foot truck was only loaded 1/3 full. They left maybe 10 items that wouldn't have loaded the truck to even half way. Then driver claimed he was too tired and would make the approx. 2 hour trip the next day. They did arrive at destination the next day at 11 am, but helpers didn't arrive until around 1 pm. They wouldn't move table inside claiming it wouldn't fit through the door. It somehow magically moved through the door from house we moved from. This is a HORRIBLE company and no one should be put through this. Use a reputable company that is local and can give you a firm contract price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

After careful consideration of your file, I can confirm that the cost increase you are speaking of occurred when you added items to your inventory list and reserved additional space for your move. We also would like to apologize for the delay in pick up as there are sometimes instances that cannot be prevented in logistics. We advise our customers that dates and times for pick up hence why we allot a pick up window of 2-3 days to execute the relocation. We understand this can be frustrating but at times it cannot be avoided. Your file also reflects our organization communicated the delay to you nonetheless we apologize for the delay.
