They ripped me off. Their quote was a joke as they tripled the price on actual pickup date, which had me over a barrel. Then had massive damages and items flat out missing. I filed a claim, which has been a battle for over a year without resolution. When I try to get updates, the links don't work and to talk online they demand a credit card!?! Unbelievable

My parents passed away in November 2022. I decided to take some of their furniture that was precious to them. They lived in *********, ************** and I live in ********, ********. I hired Allied one to move the furniture in February 2023. They quoted me $1765.60 for the move. They went to my parents home and picked up the furniture. They had my sister sign the contract then added in a different price. The price added was $5449.36. When I called the company they said they will not deliver the furniture if I dont have the money. I got the money and they delivered the furniture. They damaged every piece of furniture. The buffet had a marble top. They never delivered the marble top. I spoke with them and they yelled at me and said they would look into it. They never returned my call or answer my follow up calls I made. I filed a claim and they offered me $137.00. Its going to cost $1000.00 to replace the top of the buffet. I dont know how to *** them. I spoke to an attorney and he said I have a case but if I used him I would not get money because it would all go to him. Please help or advise.

Does anyone have information on this "Movers and ******** ******* Allied One contracted with? They supposedly don't even know the *******'s information except for an email address and that they're located in *******, **. Absolutely should be illegal to scam people the way Allied One did. Original quote was for about $3000, the day the moving ******* showed up they said $9000 or they won't take it. We were already across the country and had the next home owners moving in the next day. Allied One was zero help in making this right and said it was up to the movers to decide how much to charge us. And to make it worse the so-called ******* they sold our contract to destroyed all our stuff and had zero contact information. The claim number I did get says they don't have an account with the ******* any longer and can't handle the claim. These people literally threw a mattress over top of other people's items knocking it all down to the ground, breaking everything, we had to sweep up glass and debris from our driveway. Of course, we show them all our broken items including the 3 smashed TVs and how we're missing a freezer and desk and all they say was call the claims number. If there's a class action, I want in. This companies cannot get away with this.

If I had more OPTIONS for the scores of the rating, I will pick the lowest of the lowest, 1/5 is over-rating. THEY ESTIMATED TOTAL FOR THE DELIVERY AT $ ****+, AT THE END , CHARGED ME NEARLY $ ****. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR TEASING ESTIMATED PRICE !! I had horrible experience with this company with my furniture moving from ***** to CA. It all started with online search and lured by teasing estimate by the sale rep located in ** who pressed you to make the decision NOW/RIGHT NOW. AGAIN, do not be fooled by the initial teasing estimate, you will pay the 2nd time after a week of initial payment for added amount which, they say, was not "included" in the initial estimate; then at pick up time, you will have the 3rd payment which they claim will be based on the volume, not as previously estimated, and claimed they can not put all the stuff in the truck unless you pay more as they demanded. Horrible service at the pickup time and demanding more money ; after long waiting period of time, and numerous calls to the company or its partner/subcontractor in *****/Flash Moving Boys, over 2 months later ( they said 7 days at the beginning for delivery ), someone finally called saying they have my furniture at local area...for the 4th time they demanded money again claiming their big truck can not get in my street which is ridiculous ??!! They have plenty of ways to demand more and more. Keep in mind nothing is really included, they will keep demanding money at each step of the way, and pop up with some amount you were not aware at all. They ARE "GOOD " AT CONTRACT, BE VERY CAREFUL ON THAT. Already tired of dealing with these cons for over two months, I paid every ***** they demanded just to end this NIGHTMARE ASAP. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE RATINGS AND REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GET ON HOOK WITH THIS GROUP -- ALLIED ONE IN *******, FLASH MOVING BOY IN ************** MOVING IN **********.

BEWARE. Allied is a moving broker, which means that they charge a few hundred dollars just to forward your information to any random and disreputable company to actually perform the move. After they take that fee and forward your information, Allied One has no skin in the game.... they have no incentive to help you because you have already given them their cut.An automated email will tell you that Allied **************** will be your main "point of contact from now until delivery." But they can't answer any questions because they are not the party moving your stuff. Example: Allied could not confirm for me that my belongings would be picked up when I called them 4 days and 1 day before my chosen pick up date. Example 2: I called Allied to get their support when the actual moving company was not responding, and all they could do was called the moving company itself.Additionally, Allied will give you a moving estimate, but since they are not actually moving you, the delivery estimate and estimate of fees essentially mean nothing. You will have to get a whole new set of documents from the subcontractor and you are forced to sign because you just want your move completed. Most importantly, Allied doesn't need to care about who they subcontract out your move to because they already have the money they need. My move was subcontracted to to the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced and Allied will surely use them again because they can. Allied should care more about who they subcontract out to because it reflects poorly on them. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from moving brokers because of the miserable experience I had. DO NOT USE THEM.

Allied One ********************************************* deserves the lowest grade possible. They often work in concert with fraudulent movers like Movers and Packers Relocation Specialists from Hawthorne, **. Here is how they operate their scam: Allied One quotes you a VERY competitive and enticing quote that moves you to sign a contract without informing you who the actual mover will be. Allied One can never find a legitimate mover who could afford to transport your goods for such a low-ball price. Consequently, they contract with a fraud mover like Movers and Packers who come to your home and demand two to four times the amount of the contracted amount. If you don't pay their exorbitant fees, they won't transport your goods and Allied One (according to the terms of the contract you signed) will not refund you your deposit which is almost half of the quoted move price. In my case, Allied One and Movers and Packers charged me for moving ***** cu ft of goods which, in reality, only measured ***** cu ft. I lost approximately $10,000 as a result of contracting with Allied One. Unfortunately, I DIDN'T READ the countless negative reviews about Allied One on BBB, ******* Yelp, etc. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid Allied One like the plague.

Allied One Moving should be avoided. They refuse to return a deposit. They alleged to have contracted a moving company, Prime Moving and Storage, Prime failed to show up the first two days with no call and claimed to be in the area for pickup on the third day. The contact who said he was in the area (wa) was calling from a landline in **. The supposed mover refused to provide his full name and even who he represented. Allied One refused to give us the company contact on who they hired, refused to provide proof they hired a mover, and do a conference call on the last day they were supposed to show up. The Dot number for the moving company shows up as a personal residence and calling the number no answer or voicemail. Fmcsa has multiple complaints for both companies. Read all reviews on yelp and bbb. They pressured a bank check to preserve the mover. If you have retained them on a west coast move do your research. Ask for Dot and mc number to vet the mover. We have filed complaints with BBB, FMCSA, and the attorney generals office in FL. Allied ********** address is a virtual rental space. You have rights and they have legal obligations. Read the site (FMCSA) if they are not doing what they should dont proceed with them.

Allied One is a scam. It took me a couple of months for Allied One to return my deposit. To get your deposit returned file a complaint with at nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov and complete a complaint form with the ******************************************** Also, file a complaint on the ******* AGs website. This worked for me.*************** lies

Buyers beware. Will tell you everything g you want to hear when quoted also let you know to guarantee that price they need a deposit and for you to sign the contract asap or you ll loose the quote. Very sneaky and slummy I am a mom with 3 kids trying to move. Quoted **** told the guy I wasnt sure what was in the storage unit and we would not be there the day of pick up reassures me that was fine. The day before the move re-quoted $3000, also told me I would need to be there the day of the move.Trying to seek resolution I was spoken down to from the customer service all the way to the top!!! I was taken advantage of and then treated beyond grossly and nasty too. Do not use this company the general do not care about their customers, all they care about is the money and taking advantage of people in need!!!The worst part is they dont try to make it right, I wasnt looking for a refund but an apology on how I was treated but instead the top person told me how they did nothing wrong. I was in shock! I do not need or want a generic response to this Post!! How bout you actually do right refund your customers for taking full advantage of them and promising them one thing and then putting them in a very comprising position!! Again just in shock that a business is allowed to run this way!
