      Our meeting to make arrangements for my husbands cremation was handled with kindness and efficiency. All requirements of the family and services offered by Neptune Society were explained. There was no effort to oversell when we were feeling sad and vulnerable. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking cremation services.

      Neptune Society fulfilled every promise made in the sales presentation we heard before buying our plans. From the moment I gave info to the hospital where my husband died everything went smoothly and easily.

      Both myself and wife have been customers of Neptune for a number of years. They have contacted us over the years to see how we are doing and if there was any questions we needed answered. When my wife passed a few months ago I contacted Neptune Society and they were right there to take care of my wife and assist me with any questions I needed answered. They continued to contact me making sure I got all the paper work, etc. that needed to get done.When they gave me my wife's ashes it was with dignity and respect. I would rate there assistance as 5 star. **********
