      Like many of you , i also order buy 1 get 1 since december and its over a month and nothing. I reach them by email and they only reply saying it was shipped but when i go to track it shows nothing!! So dissapointed.

      I have sent 4 emails regarding the lack of updates and shipping of my Mordor placed in November 2022. I have NEVER received a response nor have I received the product (not even shipped). I want my money back, dont waste yours with this sham of a company.

      Note that my order # is *****, I have a confirmation email, but according to the website there is "no order found." They have been sending me ads trying to get me to buy more and I can confirm the money left my bank account. I want my money back.

      I ordered this product on October 1, 2022. I have not received the product I bought and paid for. It is now almost January. The company has stopped all communication with me and will not respond to any emails. This is unacceptable and I want my money back.

      Can I please leave 0 stars?I ordered in SEPTEMBER. Hadn't received anything by November so I emailed and they responded at first saying Covid slowed everything down. Um hello, we're in 2022! After another few emails in November they stopped responding. It's now December 22nd and I have not received a dang thing. Ugggh! I hate this.

      A friend of mine said she wanted to order this so I thought Id surprise her. I wear lots of different perfumes but since she was adamant, no problem. I placed an order on Nov 9, 2022.I contacted this company on Nov 29 via email because I had not received any thing. They did respond and claimed they were getting the order ready to be sent. I ONLY ORDERED TWO ITEMS??. Today is Dec. 14, 2022.an entire month later and I still do not have my order. They claim to ship within 2-4 days from purchase date. I also tried looking them up via the BBB as they claim to be a member ofNO SUCH COMPANY! At this point, I feel if is a SCAM. I usually do not trust companies who does not use Paypal as a payment method but I went against my better judgment. I would advise DO NOT ORDER!

      I ordered inNovember . They took my money immediately but I’ve not gotten any correspondence emails or shipping information. Their phone number doesn’t work and they don’t reply to their emails. Very disappointed. Scam company m guessing.
