      I brought the buy 3 get 3 free since November 1st 2021 and I've never received my order. I have a lot of email correspondence when I get a reply it was back ordered due to covid and it should be going out shortly. This went out for almost 2 years then in July. I started to ask for a refund or expedited shipping but I have not received a reply. I still have a tracking that still says they are waiting for the package.

      Ordered Nov 1, 2022 Money was stole and product was never delivered. I sent so many emails to their support address and all they said was product was sent out no tracking number. They told me to get a hold of SHOP AND that impossible. I write everyday and nothing. They just take peoples hard earn money. SCAMS!!! Im so disappointed and I will never buy anything online ever again.

      I placed my order for the buy one get one free mid January since the time I have a sent multiple emails requesting status of my shipment…as of today, I have received nothing! Not one response. This company is a scam. I am thinking God that I paid via my credit card so I will be disputing the charges!

      Ahhhh another victim of this company! I too ordered the bogo special from this company on 1/8 and have yet to receive my order. Ive reached out via email to ******************** several times and havent received a single response. When I try to track the order on the website by the order number given at time of purchase, it says no order found. Can we somehow shut this fraudulent business down so no one else falls victim to this scam?

      Even though the tracking number they gave me told me my item was delivered I did not receive it. When I contacted their via the email they told me I needed to talk to my post office because it's out of their hands. I was told by the post office that the tracking number that I was provided is not one that is used by the post office. The company refuses to contact me back to it should be a refund or anything at all. Definitely a scam

      I, like many, ordered this product back in early/mid November 2022, got a confirmation "Track number", but have never received anymore info on my order. They were Quick to take My Money..... Without thinking or Caring, that Customer's come first! This place is a Scam! I've emailed them, their "Support", email is all that's given.... More than 5x, at first being patient and respectful, but my patience is worn. They say they are "Accredited" but the BBB, a flat Lie on their website! So sad, that they can continue taking advantage of people!!

      I placed an order November 23rd and I've only received one email shortly after that saying they would send my product out never received any more emails can't find a phone number to call them I've emailed them so many times I'm so very upset they are nothing but a rip off if anybody wants to buy this don't because you won't received your product you won't get your money back these ***** are nothing but ripping people off but don't worry I'm not giving up I'm going to get my money back somehow

      Placed order 12/1/2022, got confirmation of shipping 12/7/22. Tracked the package until it said “delivered” on 1/3/2023 and it was no where to be found. It was sent via a weird 3rd party shipping company with no real website for troubleshooting issues. Reached out 4 times via email, I’m seeing a trend here based off reviews. My question is the website says “sold here right from Atlanta GA” but was shipped from China? Oh okay. Sure. This company deserved negative stars.
