    I tried two serperate radios that did not work. $4600 later and no fix, sending both back. I don’t feel like a valued customer between the 6 week customer wait time, customer service delay, technical support asking basic questions, and the inability to find a unit that will work with my car two times even after I inputted my VIN prior to shipment. A joke, will never use this company again, I’m so happy to be done with this scam.

    Infotainment is a JOKE! I have a 2014 Ram 1500 and purchased an 8.4in bezel with manual volume control back in May. Well, the volume stopped working a week ago. I contacted support this morning and they said it couldn't be exchanged but they'd give me a good discount on a replacement. Here's the kicker: I paid $149 back in May and they are trying I charge me $140 today saying there's a $60 discount off the total price. WHERE?!?! Also, Ryan was very rude. What a freaking joke!

    Ordered a replacement RER for my Jeep Wrangler. System came in, installed with no problems except the UConnect part was not working. Called Customer Service and a Tech and I walked through the Service mode to enable the Bluetooth and reset the radio. We all learned something about the system and the radio is working as original. Awesome service and followup.

    Placed an order on May 1st. Web site say 1-3 day delivery. It's now May 31st and on parts. Took my money ($2,200) for items they didn't have in stock. When asked about delivery got lots of lip service, told me what they thought I wanted to hear, but not the truth. Finally cancelled the order.

    Flat rate repair service is a perfect solution! I received the repaired unit back way faster than expected. Customer service as well as technical support were helpful and quick when I had questions. Saved me a bunch of money and headaches!

    Don't waste your time even if you get verification the item may or may not work with your vehicle... And when you request a return because they stated an item would in fact work with your vehicle when in fact it doesn't they will only give a partial refund and claim they don't refund shipping. I'm sorry but if you screw up and guarantee an item will work and it doesn't you should refund everything not just partial. I will never use infotainment ever again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!

    Only place that had my part. Shipped very quickly. Installed as soon as ****** dropped it off. Smooth install and programmed easily as well. I am very happy with my purchase. It might not have been the least expensive, but NO ONE else could get me this part. I cannot thank them enough .
    Customer support went above and beyond as well. Kyle was there with answers to any questions I has. Thanks everyone, I will definitely be back!!

    Customer support was amazing on 8/12/2022! I had a software issue two years after I purchased my radio; and the tech department (Eric and others) were amazing over the phone troubleshooting my issue and getting it fixed. I cant say enough about the FANTASTIC HELP I received.............
