    My 85-year-old mother thought she was calling Kaspersky to resolve her issues with their anti-virus software, not realizing they are no longer allowed to do business in the **. She googled their phone number online and the *** website and phone number came up touting 24/7 *************************** She still believes she was talking to Kaspersky and they offered to install another anti-virus software for her because they were being nice. So nice that they charged her $350 (or possibly $650) to install malware on her PC (she has two emails quoting two different amounts). Fortunately I discovered it and within hours we cancelled her credit card and took her PC in to a reputable firm to be recovered. Shame on this company for preying on non-computer-savvy seniors.

    I bought a 3 year Eset antivirus software contract through Global Technology Partners on 8-10-2022 for $650. Today I got a notification for Eset that my contract had expired (only 1 year later) and I needed to get an extended contract through Eset, which I did.
    Who can I contact to get the money back for the last 2 years of the contract that Global Technology Partners didn't honor.
