    I am 90 years old and my daughter told me to file this complaint. I have paid this company $11,600 since 4/2021 to fix my slow computer. I have a 2016 IMac.

    When I first paid them $3,000 in April, 2021, I thought it was for a least a year of anytime service. My daughter told me this was predatory but she saw the charge in 2022 and it was from my checking account so she did not do anything.

    I called them back several more times to help because the computer was still very slow. Every time they would find something else wrong and charge me $1,000 - $2,200. Last charge was in January 2023 for $2,000.

    My daughter has tried to contact them by email and the address is not valid. She wants to file a complaint with the Il Attorney General after this complaint.

    *please note: I, *** ****, am typing this for my Dad. He is no longer has a reliable memory but the bank records are clear (see the uploads). Also, the computer is so slow as of yesterday, I could hardly function on it. I believe they have installed malware on it instead of correcting it. Since it is a Mac, it is hard to believe that it had severe security issues initially. Nothing, however, justifies those charges.
    We could have bought him 5 new Mac’s for that money.

    We would like to inform that we have contacted the user as mentioned in this complaint and have explained the charges they have paid for. High End Security Software and Extended Hardware Warranty from time to time. The mentioned customer is with our association for a very long period and never had any complaints until now. We are now waiting for there response to accept the refund. 

    We have also explained that we are ready to negotiate and refund on active services and shall be happy to return the portion of amount to be credited back to them. We cannot do refund on expired services and software.
