      My car towed from the **** ********** for not having a parking permit. I’ve been living here since the ending of May and not once was I told that a parking permit is required. Parked my car the Friday night, got up to go to work @5am the Saturday morning only to realize that my car was missing. I was late with my car payment so I thought the finance company took only to find out that they didn’t. I didn’t get any kind of notice from the apartment complex and when I went to the office to speak with them they said emails were sent out and after checking my email, I didn’t receive not one email and she couldn’t confirm that an email was ever sent to me regarding parking permit and possibility of my car getting towed. So now I’m being told that I’m order for me to get my car back I have to pay over $400, money that I don’t have right and I think it’s completely unfair that I’m suffering the consequences of a lack of communication from the property management office. They were so nonchalant about the matter when I went to speak with them and when I called the police and got the information for the towing company they were so rude and disrespectful when I tried talking to them. I shouldn’t be responsible to pay this money to get my car back because I didn’t get any notice from the apartment complex.

      Very rude and towed my vehiicle when it had a permit in windshield they say driver didn"t see and they have a contract with my HOA Association and not even an apology wanted to charge me $175 to recover but saw permit in window and released my vehicle!! This company has many bad reviews and should not be able to get away with this I had my vehicle towed at 2:24am and didn't get it back until 9:15am today !! New Generation Towing should not be allowed to get away with this anymore!

      This company came into my apartment complex on Easter Sunday looking for cars to tow! My car was missing when I went to go to work I had to call police to report my car missing to which the police told me the company reported my car to be towed from personal property so they took it. When I called they said they took my car from my apartment because my tags were expired and if I wanted my car back I had to pay them every day my cat was there intill I got my car registration fix! I let them know there was a mistake my car was not expired I had registration to prove it so he said fine bring that to us and you can have your car back for 175.00 ! They are scam artist there no reason for them to steal my car from my home !!!!! And charge me to get it back I took my registration to them showing it was not expired and he showed me my old tag showing 22 year on it ! Someone took off my tag because it was there last week! Nothing I could do or say but to give them 175 to receive my car back even though no reason at all to tow my car !! Filed a police report and filing civil law suit for them stealing my car and black mailing me for money to get it back

      Predatory criminals operating under the guise of authority. They unlawfully tow regularly, and they know they're wrong. They don't care and feel that they have the "power" to do anything with your vehicle.

      The reality is that these criminals are taking advantage of what little power they have. Acting as public defender's against an imaginary enemy to siphon money from already struggling homes. They'll tow an ********* driver from the time it takes them to walk from the car to your door. Crooked scum.

      Seems like they are avoiding taxes, just got my car towed and told me I can only pay cash, no card, no checks.
