  This place is running scams. It has people watching the place then they wait until you go inside your house for about 5 10 minutes then they tow your car. The tow company has a F and a Better Business Bureau and has 32 complaints and four recent complaints. Last time they messed up my door who knows what they did to it now I havent picked it up yet. Hopefully they didnt damage it too bad. Yes they towed it before. Besides the circumstances its still on a illegal Tow.

  Ghetto employees. They make you wait an hour for someone to show up. They just hang up on you while you are asking questions. This place is a joke.

  This is for the location address of **********************************************. I would rate this experience a 0 star if I could. So long story short. Car had gotten towed not even 10 minutes after we arrived at our bnb. We get here to pick up the car. The man ******** (easily could have given us a fake name) was beyond rude. We get there and my wife is scared to go in by herself with this man and I ask if I can go in and he could have politely said sorry we only allow the owner, but no he gives me a smarky a** response on how Im not able to. A few minutes later she texts me and says shes scared so I FaceTime her. We dont see her for a solid 10 minutes while hes back there with her so we get out of the car and stand near it looking through the gate for her. ******** and her come back and refused to let her leave until we backed away because and I quote we look like a gang. Like are you serious? He proceeded to get hostile so we threaten to call the police because of that and also he wouldnt give my wife back because she wasnt standing exactly where she wanted him to while she was on the phone with her dad trying to figure this out since shes not on the registration but shes on the insurance and shes a registered driver. We called the cops and then he proceeded to tell us to get off the property and if we didnt that he was gonna trespass us and I quote make it much more difficult for us to get the car back. I have never met someone so unprofessional and rude and I deeply hope he has a 1 on 1 with his manger about his customer service cause he doesnt have any.

  Beyond stalking, they hold women behind ***** while crying and verbally telling them shes scared. Change prices from phone call, to in person, to witness asking. Damages cars in ***, but wont accept responsibility. Employees should NOTTTT be working with the general public as they do nothing but threaten personal safety and damage personal property. This place needs a major investigation!!!!

  Something needs to be done about this company and the way they operate business. They lie and steal out of your car. I parked at my son's apartment October 7, 2024, before hurricane ****** to drop off food. New Generation towing company towed my rental car. I was parked in M2 @ ******************* in a victors parking space. The office was closed, and my son called the towing company, which was very rude and told me, they know the towed the car out of a visitors parking space and I need to talk to the management about where I should park. Then they told me i need to pay them $135.00 cash, but I can't get the car because the car rental company has to come and get it. I called the apartment office at M2@Millenia the next day to ask why the car got towed and they said they did not have a picture of the car getting towed and they had lifted the order due to the hurricane that NO cars would be towed. They also stated the car should not have been towed if it was in a visitor's parking space. I called back to New Generation and told them what the apartment complex said and then they told me the towed the car from the apartments next door and it did not have a visitor's pass on it. I disputed the fact that I was not parked in the apartments next door and called that apartment complex which told me they work together with both apartments using the same towing company and it's not my car anyways, it's a rental so I have to pay the money required. When the car was picked up and I went to get my belongings out of the car. Items were stolen and my mail was strolled all over the back seat. New Generation denied going in the car and blocked my phone number because I kept calling trying to get a resolution. How is it New Generation can tow a car out of a visitors parking lot and hold your car hostage until you pay them? They also moved the car and took a picture of it being in a guest parking space between both apartments and said that parking space belongs to the other apts.

  Scumbag thiefs and buena vida complex is in cahoots. They ripped the sticker of my rental car and towed it in the middle of the night and you can call the cops bc they only tow from gated communities they work for so the police cant do anything but tell you to talk to the hoa because its gated they prey on vacationers who do not have the money or time to come back and fight them in court. I hope you all die a death you desear e and thats getting you whole wide open when you end up in jail for this and have to watch your wife get pounded by some ramdom dude while your kids watch

  Tow my car illegally and drove away and then roll his window down and request $135 to bring down my car, the driver hispanic (Puerto Rican/License plate ******* was disrespectful and said the can only get cash (Just like that they can get away from any report and income report) after we paid him he said he will send us an invoice that never came through, called the number to file a complaint and dispatch didnt even help at all, presented the complaint to my lawyer and the video tapes from the shop where everything happened, this company has the same review from multiple people!

  Hi not only that they take you car illegally and on top of that they steal from you car and they don't take cards ... only cash.. a company like this if you can call it a company shouldn't be allow to operate what they do is illegal... spent the entire morning here waiting for this idiot to release my car ... ************* ... bad energy and karma goes to you for what you do to others ....

  If we did anything illegal than you would have called the police. We could not release your vehicle until you showed the proper documentation. Maybe you should reflect on yourself with the lens of what you said, 'bad energy and karma goes to you for what you do to others.'

  Hello I been in my apartment for 4 months now and I was giving they business card in Case I will ever need to us it because we have assigned parking spots. When I got home I noticed someone was parked in my spot so I gave them a few minutes to come and get the vehicle but no one showed up I then went to call the towing company that work with my complex to handle the issue for me and when I called the person whom he said his name was Dan asked me where I lived and my parking spot number then told me “well we have more important problem then yours” and hung up on me before I can ask him if there was someone else I can call. I called back minutes later to clarify if he really hung up on my and Dan answered and told me “yes I did hang up on you” and hung up again! So atp I’m mad and the car is still in MY SPOT that I PAY FOR to MY HOUSE . I called to police there is nothing that they can do so I went to the towing place to see if any one was there that I can speak to about my situation and nb was there so I left a note on car parked out side the junk yard that I’ll be returning in the morning to speak with the person that hung up on me. The next day come I called to speak to a supervisor and someone Name JAY JAY answer and tells me that he not gonna help me unless I’m calling bout picking up a car and then hung up on me AGAIN !!!!!! So I callled back to let jay jay know that I’m coming there no and he laughed and hung up then proceeded to call me off private number laughing and harassing me. When I got to the junk yard the door was locked and Jay jay came out the gate holding pepper spary to me face yelling saying if I’m not her to pick up a Car then he not gonna help me and they he also told me that he was going to spray it in my face and beat my ass!!!!! So I went to my car to get something to protect myself and he then called to POLICE saying that he is in fear of his life when he showed aggression to me first.
