  Clean Slate are a scam. They take your money and they ignore your emails and phone calls. They ask you for an affordable amount to pay the debtor and then say that you need to give them more.They don't work with you. They don't update you. They ignore all communication.

  We have a software program that tracks all customer correspondence. Your statement is incorrect. You hired ** on 11/10/23 On 11/17/23 you were emailed a status update On 11/24/23 you were emailed that the creditor has the required proof of debt On 12/4/23 We sent you an email informing you that we need to settle this for you.on 12/5/23 We sent you a reminder email that we are still waiting for you to provide some additional information On 12/11/23 We sent you a kind reminder email to please respond to our email on 12/5/23 On 12/12/23 you responded with the information that we needed.,On 12/13/23 We sent you a mediation progress email and asked you for some additional information.On 12/15/23 we sent you a kind reminder email to please respond. On 12/19/23 We sent you another reminder On 12/21/23 We sent you another reminder.On 12/22/23 you promised to get us the information we needed.On 12/26/23 We once again sent a reminder On 12/28/23 you texted us stating that you would get back to us next Tuesday.On 1/03/24 We once again sent you a reminder email to please provide us the information that we need.On 1/04 you emailed us that you still had to get us the bank statement's that the creditor required.On 1/08/24 We finally received all necessary information from you.On 1/09/24 We informed you that the law firm would not accept a payment of ***** per month on a debt of this size as it would take far too long to pay the debt back. We also informed you that we need to go back to them with a more attractive settlement offer. Once again on 1/12/24, 1/16/24, sent emails asking you to please respond. Our business telephone system has a comprehensive call tracking system that documents every inbound and outbound call. I checked the system and did not see any missed calls from you. Clearly from the above documentation we have been updating you. Everything stated in this response is backed up with hard documentation. Even when you would promise to get back to us and rarely did without our having to send multiple emails to you just to get the information necessary to get this resolved for you. This all being said we are in the final negotiations with the law firm, and we are very close to a settlement. I built this company over 20 years and take great pride in the service that we provide. To call my company a scam is unfair and inaccurate. We clearly have been contacting and you have not been cooperative as demonstrated by your broken promises of getting back to us. in spite of that we are very close to getting this matter resolved for you. WE ARE CLEARLY NOT IGNORING COMMUNICATION. THAT WOULD BE YOU ********* for your statement about the money needed to settle this. you gave us very little to work with and our agreement is quite clear on this point. it specifically states that if the creditor declines to accept the payment offered it is your responsibility to provide us with a more attractive settlement offer to bring back to the creditor. You still have yet to do that. and even without your cooperation we have been working diligently on your behalf. You owe us an apology Sir.

  Spoke with Tony regarding a lawsuit filed against me. Tony is very personable, caring and kind. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so knowledgeable in this very nerve racking situation.   I am always skeptical when having to reach out to advertised services. However, Tony and his team are amazing and I am so glad they took the time to send me a letter in the mail upon coming across my situation. I called and spoke with the wonderful receptionist, Chrissy, who was very personable and was very forthcoming about how Tony does business--he is fair, honest, attentive, and will let you know straight up if your situation can be fixed (and in what ways) or if it doesn't even require his service. Very few businesses exist that are out for your genuine best interest. Clean Slate Mediation Service is not money hungry, they are people-focused. They want you to be informed and from Chrissy to Tony, my experience with them was that of full transparency and true comfort. They wanted me to know what cards I had on the table and listened to me describe my situation, my perception of the situation, and even went to look at my info to either confirm or correct my assumptions. He was upfront about any potential costs if I would need their service. He was very kind and did not once give me false hope. He made sure I knew and understood all of the information and possibilities, and honestly their business is just a huge breath of fresh air. It's nice to have a potential issue catered to so intently from the very beginning and have decent human beings who don't give you the run around. They lay out what they will do, if it's possible, what to expect, what to know, what exceptions may be at play, and everything in between. And they do it all with kindness and transparency. I felt like they were family after 30 seconds of speaking to both Tony and Chrissy. I almost wish I had more issues to bring to them, because they truly tackle any potential problem as if it's their own and want you to feel empowered. I didn't feel like just another task on their list for the day, or another voice on the phone. For their style of business, advice, and helpful natures, I am truly grateful.

  I would give them no stars if I could . I called and asked to speak with Tony ****** the person who mail me a letter stating that they could help me with my lawsuit. They stated that he was in a meeting so I left my contact information. The receptionist laughed in my ear when I was explaining to her my situation. But I payed it no mind . Then when I finally received a call back for me. ****** he asked for me to explain my situation as I was doing but in the midst of explaining everything he cut me off and asked could I hold on for a second and then hung up in my ear. I called back serval of times but the phone went right to voicemail as if he blocked me . These people are so unprofessional it’s giving very much SCAM. I would not recommend them and I’ll be leaving my review on google as well.
