    Ordered for a Christmas present, received 1/18 had to contact to see what the holdup was was told the address was undeliverable, would have been nice if they had contacted me when they found that rather than waiting for me to contact them. Still after correcting the address it took them 2 weeks to send.

    Took about 4 weeks to get. The purchase process is odd. I had to call to let them know I paid to finish my purchase, then it sat for over three weeks until I emailed them to ask where my purchase was. They hadn't shipped it. Finally received a month after purchase. Also, the chill in these products doesn't last long.

    It broke after 2 days and no falls or rough handling. I simply attached the freezer part to the bubbler and it exploded. Worst money I ever spent.
