    The glycerin coil broke the first time I used it, after waiting over 3 weeks for delivery. I was informed I could not get a replacement coil unless I payed 40% of cost.Needless to say I am disappointed, and very leery about spending any more $ with this company.

    Lack of communication. Lack of updates. Lack of posting when they will be closed and not answering. I was offered a 15% discount code for my inconvenience. The website had a code listed on the frontnpage for 15% off any order. They didnt do or give me anything. Basically canned responses. I didnorder before the holidays. But January rolled around, 2 weeks in I still didnt hqve the order. I asked them to expedite shipping ot cancel my order. They said they couldnt, guessing the wouldnt. Will never buy from this website ever again as long as I breathe.

    I hate to be negative but I have coughed every hit out of this pipe. I very well acknowledge that my lifelong Marijuana coughing issue is about my body and not the weed or choice of smoking it. I just really hoped that this would be a final relief of coughing according to the claims on the website and reviews. Nice concept that I'm sure works for plenty of people, but not everyone, meaning me. Oh well, I got a neat pipe out of it tho so it's not like my money is wasted
