  Hola ***, a nosotros tambin nos encantara que el programa fuera ms ****** desafortunadamente no depende solo de nosotros. Como ya los sabes, el proceso se desarrolla directamente con los bureaus de crdito y dependemos de las investigaciones y respuestas que ellos nos enven. Todos los casos son diferentes y en muchos de ellos las respuestas llegan en tiempos ms ******* pero tambin existen unos plazos y parmetros establecidos por la ley que nosotros no podemos modificar. Puedes estar tranquilo porque seguimos trabajando en tu caso y esperamos poder finalizar el proceso con resultados positivos lo antes posible. Justo por eso es que nuestros procesos se desarrollan con todos los bureaus para que la informacin sea actualizada y correcta en todos ellos. Nos gustara que todos los casos pusieran solucionarse muy rpido porque entendemos las necesidades de nuestros clientes, pero debemos seguir las normas legales que existen para ello y en tu caso, aunque sientas que se ha demorado, todo se ha venido desarrollando dentro de los tiempos establecidos por la ley.
