      Horrible Service Experience over 9 months to complete warranty repairs. Do not use this dealership if you expect timely and professional communication. This is a total lack of accountability. We paid cash but the salesman wanted us to finance for at least 6 months so he would receive his kickback. The walk through was dismal. (We later found the Forest River check list in our packet) Thankfully this is our 4th RV and we were familiar with most of the operating systems. The next day we texted photos of damage we discovered.scheduled for warranty walk through which took 6 hours ************ representative multiple voicemails without a response for 3 months. when calling general number discovered the representative no longer worked there and was assigned another representative. Voicemails do not have a name assigned to them. You have to hope youre calling the correct person. Service cases are not transferred to new representatives. Again with no communication, I called the general number to discover that the second service representative no longer worked there and was assigned another third representative. We are very displeased with the struggle to complete warranty repairs. The dealership has a total lack of professionalism and communication.

      I wish I had read all of these reviews before going to this place, that guy ****** ***** is such a liar and thief, he just stole my deposit on a used camper he wanted me to buy, he told me in my face "oh no if you don't agree with the terms of the finance agreement we will return your money of course, we are not here to keep your money we are here to do business with you" yeah right he stole my deposit on a "take as is" camper, he made me go after a week of me telling him I was not moving forward, then I had a trans or lady or a man, I'm not sure what it was, met with me and told me in my face that they could not give me my money as they had invested money on the camper. Do not trust these people, they are a scam and all they want is to keep your money!

However, in your case, the cancellation occurred after you had been approved for financing and agreed to the terms of the purchase. Additionally, we had already begun making the necessary repairs that you specifically requested before deciding to cancel. We understand that situations can change unexpectedly, and that is why we strive to give our customers ample time to explore their options and make a well-informed decision before considering an RV deal finalized.       If I could give NO STARS we would. They took advantage of us from the start what was a dream to own a ** is now a NIGHTMARE and they don't care! They charged us for a service on the ** which includes an oil change and overall look at tires battery etc. We trusted they did the oil change they did NOT and we drove 90 with low & dirty oil and missing the cap for they oil. The grill in from to protect the radiator GONE - did we know this No.. a friend pointed it out to us we brought it to their attention.. REFUSED to make it right. the dining cabinet is broken wont latch the lock is missing on the basement compartment lug nut missing - they replaced that .90 cents BIG DEAL! and the battery was dead on our 1st trip they promised to refund us- sent them the receipt no they say they owe us nothing called CORP - they are just as big of a JOKE as the DEALER! EMPTY PROMISES after take a 20K down payment! if you are looking to buy DO NOT GO TO ANY OPTIMUM RV they all are scammers read the reviews on ****** and BBB - We wish we would have! & Some of them claim to be ****** LIKE! God don't like UGLY!

As per the signed "We Owe" document at the time of your purchase, we have upheld our obligations to you, including the reimbursement for the battery after the agreement. This document clearly outlines all items and services that we committed to providing you. If you would like us to assist you with finding a replacement grill cover, we are happy to do so, but there will be a cost associated with the repair and part. We have submitted a check request to our accounting department, and you can expect to receive it in the mail soon for the battery. Regarding your concern about being charged for an oil change that was never performed, we want to clarify that this information is incorrect. You were billed for an inspection of the *** which was duly conducted.

      Do not go to an Optimum RV dealer! They are nothing but liar's and they will cheat you if you don't know how they operate. i traded in my gas RV and bought a used diesel. For more than a month now I've still been making payments on my trade in because Optimum is sitting on my money to earn the interest. I am getting constant calls from the loan institution that has not yet recieved the payoff amount on my trade in. They have lied to me three times about sending the payoff to the previous institution If you are looking for an RV of any type look anywhere other than an Optimun dealer!!

      This place ***** they dont care salespeople are a joke they charge you for a background check that they dont tell you about there rvs are dirty never clean them stay away from them they are scam artists dont trust them charged me 28 dollars for a credit check without telling me crooks scam artists BEWARE Of Them.!!!!

      Worst place ever they are nothing but liar's and they will s**** you if you don't know how they work.i lost my Brookstone in the hurricane and bought Ahara 390ds from this horrible place it was already a lemon and they knew it the it started the first week with busted **** over 30 leaks mold ect. I have fought and fought then finally they decided well we will pay it off and put you in a new one that's a **** joke they didn't replace with what I had h*** I didn't even get back full price that I paid for it and ended up getting a Residence 40rden and have leaks in it and it's only been a week and they have yet to pay off the Ahara which should had been taken care of on March 3rd 2025 I've still been making my payments and I found they have this LEMON ON THE *** FOR SALE AT ********* AND ITS STILL IN MY NAME HOW INSANE they can't back anything I have all proof videos pictures calls emails they didn't even clean this new on I have. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

      Hello, I bought a new 2024 North trail ** in September at the Ocala dealer. Well, it turns out that everything was very nice and nice and pleasant until I brought the ** to my house and a week later I realized that the unit was liquidating inside the bathroom and when I climbed on the ceiling it turns out that all the silicone was cracked and the water was entering there. I also found that the back wall was detached and also the broken stability jacks that did not work well. I contacted the dealer and they told me that that was not It was their problem that it was a guarantee problem. I called warranty and they told me that it was not their problem either. At so much insistence they told me to take the unit and since September my unit has been at the dealer and they have not been able to do anything to me the service is terrible I do not recommend this dealer the truth is that not the service from the sale to the maintenance service is horrible they are very irresponsible I do not recommend this dealer

      Would give -10 if allowed. My sister and I BOUGHT an RV in December 2024. It needed some work and we were supposed get it in 2 weeks. It is now Feb 13 and we still don't have it. We received a bill stating that we were behind a month in payments. In attempting to talk to someone, we have been given a complete runaround. We now finally have an appointment to go speak in person with someone next week. This has been the worst experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. I've bought 2 RVs in the past, plus many new cars and trucks over the years and never had to make payments prior to ever receiving the vehicle. Some of the people we spoke with were nice, but completely unable to resolve or even understand the problem. This is a Buyer Beware of doing business with this company.

      We haven't even had the camper 6 months and it's falling apart.We paid for an inspection that they state was done but yet the fireplace didn't work when we picked it up.There's manufacturing defects on the floor,the slide is scraping the floor,water issues with the walls because the cheap covering is pealing ******* can tell the slide is not aligned properly.The slide is leaking water all inside the camper but yet the tech didn't find any of these issues, the reason the fireplace didn't work could have been from water issues to begin with.Water comes in when putting water into holding tank too but I guess these aren't priority issues even though we live in florida where it rains alot and hot which leads to mold.We also paid for the cleaning and it was clearly not done. And they said we can't get any money back bc it shows this stuff was done on paper, anyone can check a bunch of boxes and call it good.We've had it in service already once and they were supposed to contact manufacturing and order parts after we come to an agreement on how to fix the issues but yet when we took it back the second time no one had even ordered any materials or documented anything or contact manufacturing.the tech thought it was good idea to use a s**** driver to try and pry it now it looks like someone broke into the camper. We purchased a brand new camper, not a newly renovated one and yet we paid new price. This is the absolute worst investment we ever made.We are making payments on something we can't even use!The finance department thought it was OK to run our credit more times than we asked and they denied the approvals not us. Isn't it the customers right to agree or deny the offers our credit took quite the hit bc of them. They only use banks which have the highest interest rates and the biggest kick backs for them. We keep getting the run around and lied to, zero communication and camper still hasnt been looked at properly after it being there over 2 weeks. So fed up!

      Worst dealership I have ever dealt with!! Bought an RV and salesman had us meet him in a parking lot to give him a personal check (told me not to get a cashiers check?) for the down payment, told it would be 7-10 days for their inspection, then we get a call saying a chip in the windshield and it would be another week. The following week when we arrived for our walk thru we noticed the chip still there, even the salesman agreed it was not fixed. When 1st payment came due a month later I called the bank that it was "supposedly" financed through to find out they have never heard of us!! Called Optimum and told by a manager that if the loan didn't go through that bank they would refund our large deposit. 3 days later same manager claimed to not even remember us.... and said absolutely NO to a refund and that they were still working on it!!! 30 days later??!! He would not admit that they never obtained financing. Finally 2 days later the head manager calls and says financing fell through with original bank (like I said to him and was denied) and they found other financing but terms have changed and we need to come in and re-sign with new terms. ************* not to mention taking advantage of the elderly as I am over 60 and was swindled out of some of my life savings. The contract we signed is now NOT enforceable (had to call police to review and confirm as even my banking institution wanted it investigated) and total silence from the dealership. We emailed, called, can't leave any voice mails because it is always full and offered many ways we were willing to work with them but they stick to their stories. They claimed to have taken off $4K off the asking price and we see after that they added $nearly $5K in "options"... there were no "options". Bottom line.... stay away, you WILL be lied to, taken advantage of and treated like you don't matter.... oh and they will tell you everything is all on the up & up..... not at all!!

Our management team has investigated your concerns, and heres what we found: The initial financing ultimately fell through because *********** could not provide sufficient proof of residency as requested by the original lender. However, we worked with another lender who did not require residency verification, and they approved the loan. As a result, the interest rate increased by 0.5%. To help keep your monthly payment the same, our General Manager provided an additional discount of $1,500 on the *** Due to the change in lenders, new documentation did need to be signed. We also confirmed that the windshield was repaired, and the ** was ready for pick up. The "other options"listed on the bill of sale are not genuine options available for selection. The total figure listed under other options are detailed on the worksheet you reviewed with your salesperson and are grouped together on the bill of sale under "other options." The costs included in that section cover the preparation of the ** (cleaning and inspection) and the destination cost (delivery).
